Very enjoyable games once you get into them, if a bit rough around the edges.
Can also be purchased separately, I would recommend warband as the best in the series.

    Warband alone is worth the price

    Napoleonic wars has not long been released and is also great.

    These games will give you years of enjoyment.I have had warband installed for 2 years now and play online daily with it.

    If you have not played this before download the trial and you will be hooked

    I'd definately recommend the Napoleonic Wars DLC. Have a look at this video showing you what it's all about.

    TBH you could just buy Warband (£3-odd) and you'd have most of the fun right there.

    Original M&B is pointless unless you're crazy about mods and the DLC will be cheap another time if you really like it.

    Would really not reccomend vanilla + fire and sword, all you need is warband + DLC.

    I would recommend Mount and Blade with the Battle Sizer mod (upto 1500 units on the screen tho my pc can only do 550), fire arrows mod, extra ladders and siege tower mod and finallly the ultimate mod Native expansion v0.586 this improves the game x10 so much more features and items included. Warband is good for the massive 250 player online gameplay though.
