Sorry, but compared to the many Koorui monitors for sale on Amazon for a little more (£170 for 1440p 170hz IPS for example), this is a poor deal.

For anyone wondering, Koorui is a sub-brand of the main display manufacturer in china, who supply the likes of Samsung, Acer, etc with monitors. They just decided to sell their own but as they manufacture themselves anyway it means cheaper monitors at high quality.

Cooler Master fairly recently started selling monitors the past few years, all built by the same manufacturer and not CM themselves.

Plus laptops direct are a very poor company to deal with. Amazon will return and refund up to a year later, or replace next day if it has a dead pixel etc.

If you've only got £150 to spend it's a good deal and MSI is a good brand.

    How is this for gaming?

The refresh rate may not be fast enough for competitive gaming, but for other types of gaming its decent.

Good price, although these guys are one of the cowboy companies who charge extra for delivery to certain mainland areas despite saying they have free delivery. I'll never use them again. It's not like I live out in the sticks.

I don't think this model has VGA, it has 2 HDMI's and a DP. The Full HD model had VGA and HDMI.

Why do we need VGA please?

Has anyone got this and can confirm if it is overclockable using Custom Resolution Tool? I have been able to stably overclock 60Hz to 75Hz in the past, got 165hz 1080p now, this would be awesome if you could OC to 120hz.
