Yeah it's definitely not mate. It's just the usage of the word 'new' for when this was released

If I were others - and I could, I'd recommend keeping the money and saving up the £20(ish) extra to get myself a New 3DS, better hardware, more future-proof AND those interchangeable faceplates are boss...I'm currently sporting the wood effect one.

That's a joke, right? Android and/or iOS games are very good - some of them, but comparing them to Nintendo's games via handheld devices...

Yep, couldn't agree more with the design. But...for the Year of Luigi, I thought this was so bad they needn't have bothered...

That's the regular sized version, the XL version is close to double the price of this (if you count LM2 as £30).
  22. deleted849183's avatar
As a bundle its ok. Basic grey xl and a digital copy of lm2. Which is usually £20 most places not sure £30 is the everyday price tbh.

One is called the App Store and the other is called Google Play. Hope that helps.

I got my daughter the genuine new 3DS XL and was very impressed.

To say any title on Android or iOS is of same quality is just ridiculous.

Good tho some may be the can and will cost an absolute fortune over time.

Defo recommend for the youngsters 100%

The Nintendo 3DS contains two separate screens. The top screen is a 15:9 (5:3) autostereoscopic LCD screen with a display resolution of 800×240 pixels (400×240 pixels per eye, WQVGA).

If a phone had this screen resolution everyone would be saying what a load of carp!

Don't let it get to you. I see an item I feel is a deal (for whatever reasons) and I post it to share with the community. After which it's in their hands.

This items pricing has obviously got your back up. The perception of ones thoughts on a deal differs person to person, as I'm sure you're more than aware of recently

does it? must be difficult to have such limited thought processes
    prices go up
    prices go down
this is on the bottom of the scale
    is it this price elsewhere?
    its a popular item
price will probably go up again

The Luigi bundle was released in November 2013 and the 7.x firmware only came out in December 2013.

Not sure how long they'll have manufactured these for, but I'd imagine the installed firmware is pretty old.

I'm not trying to pick a fight Obviously this is the cheapest price for it, it just still seems alot of money for it to me that's all (o3ds xl is 5 years old now)

True, but in my experience the XL model is cumbersome and doesn't posses the SNES themed buttons and interchangeable faceplates AND the 'regular' size better designed (again, IMO) ergonomically.

You're referring to the "New 3DS" line. The original 3DS and 3DS XL have none of that (regardless of size)
