Two games I want for the WiiU which I still feel are too price Mario/Donkey Kong Tipping Stars and Dr Luigi. I feel they are just too over priced, I wish they would do a 50% off sale!

Some damn fine games in this sale. To add my tuppence worth, Freedom Planet is well worth the money- it was a Sonic the Hedgehog fan project that outgrew the original source material, and became it's own thing. To all intents & purposes, it IS a new 2D Sonic game with a few twists- it's looks and plays great.

Just watched a youtube video, looks very good. Boss fights kinda remind me of Dynamite Headdy too!

Grrrrrreaaaaat. Another month spending money on games that I'm not going to play anytime soon.

Affordable Space Adventures is the standout must-have on this list IMHO, especially for 60% off.
If you have corporeal friends, I can't recommend this highly enough- it's secretly a game about communication and there's very few times post-childhood you're required to discuss puzzles.

Really hope they make a sequel.

Very tempted by Axiom Verge, but not sure if I wouldn't prefer to have it … Very tempted by Axiom Verge, but not sure if I wouldn't prefer to have it on Vita. Anyone know if there are any noticeable differences between the Wii U and vita versions? If on Wii U, I'd play it off-screen on the gamepad, so TV output is neither here nor there in this case.

Pretty sure the developers of Axiom Verge said the Wii u version was best experience. I know I'm gunna buy it and a few others off this list tonight when I get home!

Witch and Hero is a hidden gem on the 3DS. Simple gameplay, but surprisingly addictive

    any switch games?

You jest surely? With the Switch just being new out and games for it being about as common as water in a desert what possible incentive do Nintendo have to reduce prices of any Switch games other than outright generosity, which looking at their launch pricing, seems to be at an all time low....

Why not dust off the Wii U or 3DS and play some of the games you missed first time round.

I am abit late to the Wii U but I love it Splatoon is fun and picking up cheap games is easy, Very under rated console, Shame relay.

A sale price of £10.40 for Super Meat Boy is quite extraordinary.

Great game dreadfully stingy discount, especially considering most of the other ones on that list.

Fast Racing Neo is a superb game. Picked it up yesterday - in the same vein as Wipeout and F-Zero but better than either.

Yes, I have this too, great buy for the Wii U, shows how good a Wii U F Zero could have been. Can not understand why Nintendo seems so intent on killing that franchise.

Anyway, did you buy the DLC for Fast Racing Neo too? I'm really on the fence about it, does it add significantly to the base game?

Jotun is also a stellar Wii U buy! May jump on that when I get home later, cheers OP!

Heated, not a bad sale considering the Wii U is dead and the 3DS well into it's twilight years.

On the Wii U PSIBO looks like fun for those that fancy something a bit different, sounds like a breakout styled retro arcade game mashup. Very hard to find any info about it but i did find this one pretty positive review. vooks.net/psi…ew/

Have been pleasantly surprised with the quality of some of the Wii U eshop games. definitely some hidden gems in amongst the better known titles such as Star ghost and Xtype Plus, for something a bit slower paced Tetrabot and Co is great too....

Fast neo is a good option, spiritual successor to f-zero series. 20 pound plus for physical copy

I wish they'd do a sale on their virtual console stuff. The majority of this can be found cheaper elsewhere.
  24. shadrach's avatar
A number of these are showing up at lower prices for me, including Rune Factory and the Phoenix Wright games.

Rune Factory 4 for instance is £16.24, not £19.49.
