As everyone else says this or hold out for the newer model?

It might not seem like it on paper, but the New 3DS XL is vastly better if only for the stable 3D. It really does work remarkably well; you can actually play games in 3D in the car/train/bus without feeling nauseated! There is no '3D sweet spot' any more. If you care at all about 3D (which you should because it genuinely enhances a lot of games e.g. Zelda a Link Between Worlds, Mario 3D Land, Luigi's Mansion 2 and even the game included with this bundle: Dream Team Bros), then there's no question - invest in the newer model. If you don't care about 3D, other improvements such as the extra nub (c stick thing), *slightly* faster processor and re-shuffled button/switch layout probably don't justify the price difference (though that it also debatable).

Its a good deal for such a console. But bigger screen makes games look a bit pixelated. Anything apart that is really really good

It really figures that a deal like this would come along a day after ordering a 3DS XL off Amazon. Oh well, I would've been far more annoyed if it included a game I actually wanted like Golf. Either way heat added!

i've plumped for the one without the game for £75(or just shy of) as it is available on Prime and from Amazon direct

great price though and heat added

i actually ended up buying 2, a pink one for my daughter which was a few pound more and a silver one for my son

It does say "Expedited delivery is now available for select items at no cost for Prime members. Due to long transport distances, delivery may take longer than for other Prime items."

I have had this before on other items and found the item can take a fair bit longer to arrive

it's a great deal, and if you are in no rush, even better. I need one pretty quick though so used the one that was guaranteed with my prime account for Sat delivery.

I only really want one to play fantasy life again so might grab this deal. I've had the new 3ds xl before and it is better in terms of 3D but tbh I'm not fussed about it.

Not sure whether to go for this or the nintendo store offer.
