Anyone else wishing to get their money back:
    *******************************************************

    Call: 01473 688821
This is the Thompson & Morgan Customer Services Line.
Tell them you have a query regarding your order from PlantOffers.com and they should be able to put you through.

They should be able to take your Order Number, Postcode and 1st Line of Address and find your details.

They are only able to apologise and give a refund as they are just a Customer Service department and are not particularly helpful.

Hope this is of some help to people.

Erm no - I suspect in means they're in pots and you'll probably want to plant them in your garden. That's how I normally but plants Oh, and to my knowledge, roses don't produce bulbs.

I'm an utter numpty when it comes to plants so roses could propagate as spores as much as I know about them X)
My thumbs are anything but green and this looked a bit good to be true so I had to ask the uninformed question

sorry if this sounds silly but does anyone know if the bushes will have the flowers on? Just reading the description sounds like they don't have the roses on yet. Not sure how happy I would be with a leafy bush????

I ordered a pair of roses more than a week ago and I'm still waiting for them although my money have been taken from my account so I'm not sure whether this is a reliable company or is due to the weather conditions. I'll wait another week
  16. X10's avatar
Still waiting for mine, has anyone received them?
My money was taken also, might contact them to find out what's going on.

I have contacted them via E-Mail last week but have not had a response yet. Will try them by phone tomorrow.

    Any news peeps?

Just spoke to customer services lady who said they've been told this morning that the flowers have been delayed in transit - 'by a week'.

Tried to make a complaint but as they're only a call centre they said it would just get sent to the same E-Mail address that I E-Mailed before but didn't get a response from.

I would never order from these people again. According to the PlantOffers website your supply of goods is with Thompson & Morgan, who are "one of the UK's largest Mail Order Seed and Plant companies" according to their site, so there should be no reason for not informing customers that they would not be able to deliver these items.

Anyone else contacted them or cancelled their orders?

I previously emailed them and received no reply, i then called today twice.

First time i spoke to a man who just took my name and address but didn't ask for my order number and stated they may have been 'lost in transit' he would send another pair out.

I called again weary of the last conversation and was put through the Thompson & Morgan phone & internet helplines. both of which said my order number was too short and they had no details for my order online. im waiting for a response from there manager who now has to check the card transactions.

This is one real dodgy site, only upside is these were £4.90 because this is seeming like a lost cause

What a joke of a company!

Do we know if they are actually being sent out?
    Ive emailed them again today.

Thanks for this info, will give them a call today. Emailed them and just like you have had no reply, also no item received.

Has anybody actually received the rose bushes or is this really the lost cause it appears to be?
