I'm just looking to replace my 12 year old Sony Bravia 40inch + Sky Q for a Smart TV with Freeview instead of Sky. Is this one of the better deals or a typical deal?

If you have a Sky dish fitted you can DIY convert it to FreeSat (same satellite group so no realigning needed) and feed it into a FreeSat PVR and thence your TV. Far more channels than FreeView and all free of course. Kits on eBay usually. In case it helps.
