Technical Information
1
Pitching/folding
Instant pitch. Free-standing shelter (place it wherever you like, and if there's no wind, no need for pegs = ready to use!). 3 pegs are provided if needed. Refolds in 15 seconds (read the instructions or watch the videos at www.quechua.com).
2
Inner space
Can easily shelter 1 adult or 2 children (more than 1sq m).
3
Sun protection
The flysheet fabric is SPF 30 to filter UV rays.
Please note: a significant amount of UV rays can enter through a single open door: protect your skin.
4
Wind protection
Tip: For excellent wind resistance, in addition to the pegs provided, you can also use the cover. Half fill it with pebbles, gravel or sand and place in inside the shelter, on the windward side.
5
Rain protection
Protection from light rain (polyurethane-coated polyester flysheet, 120g/sq m polyethylene groundsheet) -- The seams are not sealed: do not expect full waterproofing.
6
Poles
Solid fibreglass; very tough.
7
Weight and cover dimensions
Lightweight (1.1kg), easy to carry (flat 56cm diameter disc).
