This laptop is extremely good.
I have it alongside the Macbook Pro 16" (M1 Pro model). I use the samsung for portability and touch screen capability.

In my opinion it is competitive with the Macbook in a lot of ways. Keyboard, trackpad and screen are very good. Screen in particular is insane, the colours and overall pop beats the Macbook miniLED. But it is more reflective which is annoying.

The speakers suck, and battery is just good, giving 7hrs or so. Very very good machine at this price, but of a mad deal actually.

Screen randomly cracks and Samsung refuse to cover it under warranty. I've heard from many people. Be aware

I wonder if they addressed it in book4.

They were advertising the small 8GB 256Gb version on their ebay site a few months ago which i was interested in and in my budget. I emailed a couple of questions to them and then went off to findout what the reviews were like for them, they were'nt a good read. To the point that it put me off buying from them altogether,and just to prove some of the reviews right they did'nt bother to reply. Whilst im still waiting for the laptop to drop to a price im happy to pay, im glad to of got away without buying. (edited)

I have the 8GB / 256GB version and love it. Work seamlessly with my Samsung phone and tablet. Only grip is nowhere to store the S pen other than a weak magnet on the back.

Just pay using a credit card and if you struggle to sort any issues with the company just contact your credit card company and under section 75 of your credit card company then they should sort it out for you. (edited)

They sent the same one to me, but I'm having issues with Samsung update , let me know how you get on as I can't find a fix at the moment, please
