Brackets like these would be ok - direct.tesco.com/q/R…spx or direct.tesco.com/q/R…spx
Should get even more heat!
Thoughts so far, in case it helps others - niggles first:
1. Subjectively, I don't find the shape and design attractive.
2. Remote control not the most intuitive and there's an irritating lag between pushing a button and seeing the result. EPG is not the best and gives little detail.
3. Media playback through usb port - plays about half of the media files I've tried, which means plenty will not play. It will cope with MP3 playback, and using digital out, the sound is quite good. It won't play FLAC (my own preference)
4. Picture - standard definition freeview is not as good as I've seen or was hoping for. Bit fuzzy and vague. I've adjusted settings to improve this and it is better, but not as I'd like. It also varies greatly according to the quality of the programme and channel, which is usual.
With high definition, the picture gets much better. I've tried bluray and high definition avi files. Detail and colours pretty good, but dark scenes are not as detailed as I'm used to. Picture, IMO, lacks that cinematographic feel that helps you to immerse yourself in a programme (I've a samsung plasma also 720p, that is much better in this respect). Colours pretty good, but not especially vibrant such that scenes 'come to life'.
5. Sound is reasonable for flat screen - but life is much better if the TV speakers are bypassed for external amp/speakers or headphones. I hardly use TV speakers because of their shortcomings.
6. Conclusion: the TV feels budget; the price at present is undoubtedly low and VFM; picture compromised for me on standard definition which is mostly what I watch; high definition pretty good when adjusted but still lacking for my own preference. So, I've done an about face on this TV - before I bought, thought it could do duty in a lounge. Now, I'm more inclined to bedroom use, but it's not the most attractive IMO and I don't yet know if I can live with its foibles. Final thought - it has a fixed power cable, so you're stuck with that cable and length as far as I can see. Might this restrict its use in some places?
Hope this helps others. It is cheap, but not really what I was hoping for.

Have to say, really pleased with ours for a bedroom tv, nearly a year old now, bought from Best Buy last year opening offer (32DH510) and like this it plays video from USB.
yes, but you will need some vesa brackets
Full HD 1080p No
Is this correct?
Er..........perhaps that is why this is labelled as HD ready.......?
pfffffff........I don't even know why do I borther to reply
its a 1080i tv
There are no 1080i TV's on sale, this is a 720p set. LCD's by their own nature can't display interlaced pictures, only progressive ones.
This set can accept a 1080i signal but will scale the image to the native resolution of the panel.
Cheers, googled to find out what they are lol
Cracking TV.........Cost £160 at the time and that was a bargain.
Go for this at this price.
Hot.....
£15 off when you use the code TDX-TNPR so £184 in total. It wouldn't let me select a delivery date at checkout so went for the collect option which saved a fiver anyway!
Edit: Didn't realise the code was mentioned in the OP, was so eager to order before it goes out of stock I googled and found the code elsewhere!

There are very few 720p (1280 x 720) sets on the market, this set has a native resolution of WXGA (1366 x 768).
If the set does not accept 1080p video signals for most people that shouldn't be an issue. However, if like me you use a HDMI matrix (or plan to in the future), I would suggest you stump up the extra for a set which can accept 1080p video signals. As it can become pretty annoying having to switch video output settings on source devices for one TV, let alone potential EDID issues.
Just ordered one for the bedroom.
£189 delivered.
£3.98 clubcard and 3% Quidco.

after quidco this should cost me 143.52
Stonker of a price
So its not HD but is still a good price for this level of TV, good for occasional bedroom use or maybe a childs bedroom!
I've had a 32" Sharp for the last 5 years andit's still going stong. Well worth it!
Cheers OP!
Most people (almost every woman on the planet and a lot of men) don't really care about 1080p. They'd rather save £50, especially for a bedroom telly.
