There's something about these "polystyrene" nests that I love, even though I know they are wrong on so many levels !!!!

Have been known to munch one after the other.....


However if I were to "serve" nests to guests, it would be Marks and Sparks ones every time, which are actually chewy in the middle and much more authentic.

Tesco "Finest" ones are chewy on the inside too, and beige, really yummy. But oddly theyre not actually nests even though they say they are, theyre really just meringues that you would put cream in the middle of.

Tesco one are awful. Yuk!

Try the M&S ones :)
