    Do people use these often? I thought most primary M2 slots are under the GPU or behind the motherboard which could make fitment difficult. I got a similar one for a PCIe card but AliExpress as they seem to have lots of choice.

    Was going to say, you'd only really be able to use this in an APU system or in second (sometimes slower) slot.

    Some of the higher end PCIe 4 and PCIe 5 SSDs run hot if you are running a lot of write heavy loads. Video editing will do a lot of read/writes onto an SSD. The competing heatsinks are about £20. (edited)

    I have a T700 and dumped my passive heatsink as it burnt my fingers on touch test.

    I got this instead have ICY BOX M.2 Cooler with Fan and Heatpipe
