They've cheated us. That's what it means.

How? People have either got codes or are still waiting, if it if a misprice we'll get a refund. If that's what you define as being "cheated" you've lived a very sheltered life.

I never use those things so glad to have them off my home screen anyway

This didn't help me with the memory issues...

If it goes through they will email you a code you redeem on the 3DS! And then it downloads straight onto the console!

If a genuine price why to pee off customers who've just spent £60+ on … If a genuine price why to pee off customers who've just spent £60+ on these 2 wii u games

Agree, they should not discount games to benefit customers who don't have them incase people paid full price for them once upon a time. Seriously?

Thanks for the update jough, fingers crossed!!

I paid by paypal. I've received the code for new leaf, still waiting for pikmin and wonderful 101

Completely speculating here, but to me, it looks to me like Nintendo probably handle the digital sales personally. So rather than automatically sending out keys as a lot of more established digital sellers do, I expect there's probably someone going mental trying to deal with the high sales that we've all just inflicted upon them

Like I said, totally speculating, but saying that codes will be sent within 24 hours (but usually 30 minutes) sounds a lot like someone has ok each order, otherwise I can't see any logical reason for a delay. Just to be be clear though, has anyone had a CANCELLATION? There's lots of people saying they haven't got codes yet, but I can't see a company like Nintendo (with such a good customer service reputation) honoring some orders and not others. So I think it's probably just a case of being patient

(fyi I ordered Wonderful 101 and Pikmin via Paypal over an hour ago - no codes yet)
  13. nunberry's avatar
No codes here either (paypal). A mail from Nintendo popped up exactly an hour after the order confirmation, but mid fist-pump I noticed it was just a general registration confirmation for the site. Son of a birdo! Between the very limited sale over christmas and this, could they be trying to generate a user base for their new online store and test the waters for Steam-esque crazy sales?

Could well be processing the orders and just not able to cope with the volume. Nintendo and insufficient server capacity go together like a plumber's fist and a block full of coins.

    Bah annoyed I missed this.

Its worth noting the store is ran by the hut group so its likely they'll try and stop what they can no matter what.

His super mario 2 3d land only took up 2,000+ blocks and it is saying donkey kong needs 17,000+ blocks? any ideas as it looks like we cant even download it?

I forget what the expiration date for 3DS games were but it should be 3 years or more in the future.

Okay, cheers for clearing that up. Now I'm just waiting like everyone else who used PayPal.

Edit: Damn it that was my 100th comment so an email about a badge came through. I got all excited for nothing

These were clearly mispriced so if someone was going through them all individually and it wasn't automatic all the orders would be getting cancelled

Might be we hit their system hard, they just confirmed my site registration 1 hour 13minutes later. No codes though.

That's my guess too. My guess is that there is someone/people manually having to access an internal code-generating system somewhere, and processing all our orders by hand.

How can you sell out of a digital download? You can't...

You can specify a set amount to be sold at a certain price and once that number is reached, it's technically sold out at that price
