Hope those buying this for cooking realise how bad this stuff is for your health?

It's already a highly refined oil (which is bad), but on top of that, it's made from genetically modified soya bean oil.

Vegetable oil should belong in the bin. So bad for you, and although olive oil is more expensive, the cost per use in comparison is minuscule (unless of course you're using large amount for deep fat frying).

I think most people would be buying this for deep frying rather than for drizzling on their panzanella

Your barcode did scan at £1 but not stocked. Same bottle different barcode is £2.50 in mine. Also counted towards world food mission. So got another £1 off as I got 4

I don't know how soya bean oil performs in research but as it is polyunsaturated it is probably not as bad as people think. Did you know that in study after study rapeseed (canola) oil has the same health profile as olive oil? I wish there was less of it in so many products but it's much better than people think. I would much rather consume rapeseed oil (and possibly this stuff) than highly saturated oils or fats. Look at the research rather than trust social media influencers. (edited)

Poison in a large bottle. Yum.

Coconut, palm and animal fats are the real poisons. They are saturated fats and are associated with heart disease, stroke and dementia. Also, remember that protein and carbs are 4 calories per gram but any fat is a hefty 9 calories per gram. (edited)
