If I ever figure out what the hook is used for!

Gouging the eyes out of those who say you'll be arrested and jailed for 35 years for even thinking about taking a knife past your front door.

Oh wow! Those are a few of my favourite things!

When the dog bites, when the bee stings, when I'm feeling sad.

I stab everyone with my Victorinox knife.... and then I don't feel so bad!

You wont get any because a penknife is fully legal to carry on your person in the UK.
Non locking with a blade under 3"

Which knife is better, Huntsman or Climber?

Nice find. They've done it at this price before - but still a bargain. Others are selling this for twice the price.

If you want to see the knife in better detail - take a look at this link. This is the official Victorinox web-site with a larger image that allows you to hover over it to see the finer detail.

I wonder how easy it would be to swap the dim red LED with a white LED, and where to find one the right size/voltage?

Edit: found a guide, needs a 3v led

To answer my own question, this is basically the Climber with a wood saw.

I have a Magnum Bulldog knife £15 the thing is built like a tank but can't carry it about because the blade locks, what kind of stupid law is that.

Notice the Climber is £12 clearance in john lewis, not sure there's any local stock tho.

I bought one of these some time ago and was dissapointed as it was matt red and not the popular gloss I was expecting. Amazon are doing the gloss version £12.99 - postage is £4+, but still a bargain price!

Great multi-purpose knife. Soooo handy. The best bit? My ma-in-law bought it for me and it's brilliant! I take it everywhere on holiday/on courses etc. because in different places you'll never have nail scissors, tweezers, a knife, corkscrew (vital!) etc.

Just make sure you pack it in your regular luggage or you'll lose it at the airport to the >100ml nazis.

Had one of these for years, and the thing I use the most are the tweezers, incredibly precise (use a lot of plywood in my work, don't ask).
