    Sorry my interruption. How does TCB work here? I know, you pay merchant and after a duration, TCB pays you back in some sort of cheques or similar method. But what does 17 pounds of cashback here mean? Per month or per anum?

    Me too, I've got a 75gb plan and I've never used a byte. But that's a well known error on some voxi plans, it's not a feature. I use mine as a hotspot and nothing is counted. Voxi sometimes just can't count, it doesn't officially support all video platforms. We should just count ourselves lucky we have the plans where voxi forgot to count

    Not bad for the cashback but worth mentioning for £1 more you can go on TalkMobile with the same Vodafone network and get properly unlimited data and a little bit (5GB) of EU roaming. Depends on your needs ofc, still a decent deal.

    Been with voxi a good while. The network where I am is decent but good luck with customer services. It’s all online chat based or through WhatsApp or iMessage.

    Had some difficulties switching my plan to a better deal and it turns out that you have to cancel your plan first and see out the remaining days, then you can choose a new one. (Well, that’s how it went for me anyway). Other than that it’s great value and pretty happy with it.
