Yep, just create an account at xbox.com and then download it. In theory though, this is the code which can be redeemed at anytime in the future so you can just wait until you get one to download it.

If you have the code then you can simply redeem it later, when you have your Xbox.

As mentioned, if you already have a gamertag then you can redeem this on the Xbox website if you want to, and it will show up on your downloadable games list when you log in to any Xbox One in the future.

This is a very good price. I always buy digital version as I tend to keep it till next release. We all know the trade in value of physical versions of old FIFA games.
