Other than refurb, I don't think steam has done any offers other than 10% off.
£48 quid off would be nice. It would get you a 512gb SD card with a bit of change.
NOTE: Some games are better run on internal storage while others it makes no difference where the games are stored. You can move them between internal and SD card depending on what is best for you.
