    A lot of these are simply apps that used to cost money but are now "Freemium" so it's just the developers changing their business models... Also several of them have not been updated in two years or more! Mostly just games too, when the App Store has a lot more to it than games, sorry voted cold because you can see price history of any app on appshooper.com.
