    It's totally legit. I used these tickets last year, as did many others.

    tickets are free but there's a charge if you want to visit the hour long super theatre

    At the top of the page it says family tickets but lower down says 2 tickets.
    Anyone got a clue?

    Well I have claimed for two tickets. I want to take my daughter as well will I just buy a child ticket ? Am scared to buy a child ticket then these tickets are fake ? Has anyone got there's yet? X

    Thanks OP. Seems they are still available as just got a confirmation email. Went last year, good fun but the super theatre thing was really disappointing. I won't be paying for that again. Mate did agree, but said previous years had been much better And he's been to quite a few. Maybe good for the kids and better this year but expensive for what it was I thought.

    Got confirmation email saying following:

    You will be receiving your e-ticket into your inbox week commencing 21st March 2016. If you haven't received your e-ticket by 29th March 2016, please contact us at gadget@speeddata.co.uk.

    So fingers crossed!

    I haven't got mine. Contacted them and got

    "Unfortunately our servers went down while we were sending the complimentary tickets. They should arrive by Tuesday. If they don’t complimentary tickets will be available for collection on the door."

    Got mine on Thursday. Emailed to me with two bar codes. Last year I went and they gave me an email to provide to the ticket collection desk and I collected instead of them being emailed.

    I got the email with my tickets in on Thursday, this isn't a scam, the original link was part of the gadget show website where you pay for tickets

    I also did not get my tickets. Got this instead:
    You will be receiving your e-tickets to the email address you provided on 25th March 2016. If you haven't received your tickets by this date, please just bring this email with you as your name will be on our list.

    No reason to believe this is all a big scam as other have got their tickets and site seem legit. As these tickets were free, decided to go for the LIVE SUPER THEATRE. These on-line tickets came though promptly.

    Not been to the NEC before - Any free or cheap parking around there?

    Not received tickets either, despite email received last month saying I should receive before 29th March. Have sent them an email to see what they say.
