Read and Check yourself before complaining. Search Prototype on PSN Store Select Full Game Trial Download & Play. Now after 1 Hour It will Say expired but the game will still Load and play perfectly. Turn off PS3 Switch on Still works. Full Game Free

Apparently they forgot to add the timer Function to the Game

This may also work with Red Faction Armageddon but I think they fixed that one. Worth a check

#3

thanks :0)

With US Version don't work, maybe only UK?
#5
So it this PS+ required or just downloaded though PlayStore? If the latter then great find

Yeah only UK Store. You need PS+

I've ordered on the store on PC, do you have to download and play the game to activate it? Also as (I'd imagine) the game will still be listed (classed as) a full game trial I would guess this is something they could patch out in future if they notice?

Still hot while it works....

it worked for me.. if its free ;)

It looks like it expires twelve months from when it is "purchased". Plenty of time to complete it. :)

I think there are a few of these- I noticed a lot of trials that just said "free"
Might be worth looking at all of them?

I checked all of them last year. Only 2 worked this one and Red Faction Armageddon but I think Red Faction doesn't work anymore.

Can you earn trophies from it?
#13
Nice find, hopefully it works!

Can you earn trophies on it? I know on full game trials you can earn trophies, but they don't get synced to your account, they are only offline.

Awesome game!

So i play this and when 1 hour trial is up will it still let me play or do i have to turn it off and on again? That way will lose saves and that won't i ?:|

Fingers crossed. Your last post about Red Faction worked nicely. I wouldn't say "Worth a check" because it takes a long time to download 9GB and one hour wasted playing it if it doesn't work. But have some heat :)

for me it just seems to allow the game to be restarted each time the hour expiry limit passes. Your saved position is not lost but it does not (or does not for me anyway) convert the trial to the full game in the same way that Red Faction did. It just seems to allow you to play in hour bursts. I hope others had more luck

Can anyone that has tried this confirm if trophies work please? Thank you. :)

Is this game still free? It says £19.99 on my phone, on the PS Store.

it's so odd after you played the trial there's no options to purchase the full game at all...even if I try to purchase the game on PSN website there is no option to buy the full version. Does that mean I'll forever have to choose to play prototype with trial version only?
