If you can stretch to a Panasonic you should - acknowledged to be the best breadmakers.
had this dont bother so inconsistant just buy some bread trays and mix bread yourself much better results and its so easy i use silicone ones cost £10 for 2 been using know 4 months
Spot on. Fails with normal mix, does a meh job with branded mix... For the amount of money, running costs and the ingredients, better off spending a bit more on a Panasonic and get proper results from the start.
I had this one and would avoid. It didn't mix the bread mix well enough. My first one was a Panasonic and was the best one.
Thanks! I’ve just ordered it for the first time! Hoping it’s actually non stick and easy to use for baking!
As I've mentioned before , not got this one but usually non stick silicon mats are useful for mixing DIY fillers etc as they are easy to clean after. Or if your pasty is particularly thick and sticky it can be used instead of filler....

I have a Kenwood Chef still fine after 44 years and my daughter nearly bought a Prospero for her new house. Instead bought an Ambiano mixer from Aldi for £50 (3 year g'tee) which is turning out to be excellent although no fancy accessories. I think we can all have a bad experience with something that others find no problem with.
£110 for me :(
Mums just given me her Kenwood. Still going after 43 years
Bought this about 5 years ago for £70 on offer in tesco's, you also got a blender and food processor that attach to the top of mixer. Mine is still going strong being used at least once a week
I have Prospero km28 and still going strong after like 8 years
I was going to get it in Stirling a couple of days ago but their was only a two month sell by date is anyone else finding that? Heat from me really good find. I think it was 40p the last time I saw it. A bit crap the fact I’m gluten free x
Your comment sounded as if that is what you did as this is a bread machine deal. Okay make your traditionally made sourdough loaf sound less complicated than standard loaf in a bread machine? You made it sound so easy and I'd love to know as you sound an expert baker <3
Only an idiot would make sourdough in a bread machine
I'd love to know your easy sourdough bread production in a bread machine?
i had this its not good in the end returned and bought some bread tins far cheaper and works every time also quicker this machine is just inconsistant on bakes even with the exact same ingreadiants
Read some reviews that this is no good for wholemeal bread? Please can anyone comment? I did have a Kenwood some years ago and it was pretty good but the blade getting stuck in bread was my biggest gripe! Ideally I want to make wholemeal with seeds on the fast setting! Thanks.
I was told in the order it would be star shaped ones, got the round one's (annoyed)
Round ones. Huh
Just came to see if others got round ones 🙈 I’d of loved stars or hearts but got basic 😩 not going to ring complaining I’ll use them one day I guess, they’ve provided me with plenty of bargains I’ll let them off (lol)
I ordered star ones as I wanted to get rid of my round ones and guess what ,I just received more round ones. :( not happy at all
I've just received round ones. So gutted as I already have blooming round ones :|
The store posted has a lot of flour, my local stores the 19p flour flew off the shelves I got some of the Alinson flour but the mcdougals is the better one. Will be going to my local tommorow see if they got any of the 3kg bag.
This is clever :) thanks :)
It was deliberately done but those deal already been posted so Mod has removed my references to them. For my part my Mcdougall has never been this cheap 😬
Hmm next to this "great offer" you shown a really great offer - 1kg flour for 19p and alinsons 1kg for 29p. Those are even cheaper and all are made from grain so quality should be the similar. Thanks a lot for the photo. I am going now to farmfoods and I should be resting today :)
Maths is never me either (lol) (lol)

I stand corrected but not by your argument unfortunately! What you have quoted for precision is actually resolution in a scale or in a digital scale such as this, the least significant digit (lsd). Actually precision is repeatbiity/reproduceability of a measurement, that has nothing to do with the resolution. https://blog.minitab.com/en/real-world-quality-improvement/accuracy-vs-precision-whats-the-difference
Main thing we all wanna know is can it measure 1/8th etc...
Fingers crossed, no one will be throwing these away. A new battery is probably a matter of a few pounds. Replacing a lithium ion battery isn't that hard and might actually be easy in this (I doubt everything is squeezed in that compactly). Worst case scenario is desoldering two tabs and soldering the new batt. Once you've got the kit and skills for changing a battery you're free to change it in many household things: electric toothbrush, solar lights, power banks etc
Slightly smaller pack with no trays but available now https://www.amazon.co.uk/Bakedin-Iced-Cinnamon-Bun-Kit/dp/B07VCDQMTN/ref=pd_vtp_1?pd_rd_w=u6a6M&pf_rd_p=75613b4d-6e08-4583-9b7e-f6e766dc0b40&pf_rd_r=MHAEPTA18EST7P98VC0Z&pd_rd_r=883de4e3-ec49-4e18-9ead-c6644f984fc4&pd_rd_wg=8dHdc&pd_rd_i=B07VCDQMTN&psc=1
Just ordered at £6.16
These make some of the best cinnamon buns I've ever had. Easy to make with clear instructions.
Good question. I guess it’s like saying why use chocolate chips when you could just add cacao nibs; all personal preference on taste and texture. There’s no right or wrong.
Genuine question as I'm a PB & Reese's fan, what am I missing using just partially crushed peanuts vs this, other than a tonne of fat, sugar and other junk? Won't the cookies already contain plenty of fat & sugar, so wouldn't plain old crushed peanuts do the same but "slightly healthier"?
You had a voucher yes? it only applies to a single unit, so the others are cost the £1 minus sub discount.
The rubbish they put in these... Can't believe I used to love this brand. Wouldn't eat them for free now. "Genetically modified..."
