I see cucumbers are now 35p. Sad sad time to live. I blame Brexit

The 'Gyros 500g £2.49' sounds interesting if good quality. Homemade Donor Kebabs. Pita bread and salad/cabbage etc needed. chips. Mint yoghurt, Tahini or chilli sauce

I love the Greek pastry puffs and the olive oil is superb, always buying it. Heat added

Very good price for chestnut mushrooms. Got some today. Coconuts for 39p next week!

Sorry only just saw your post but its been answered anyway. Aldi/lidl no longer better for veg/fruit prices in general and less shelf life as well imo.

Just curious really, I grow most of my own stuff from seed. Thanks for the info though might help others.

Well I know Morrison's Wonky Carrots 1kg are only 35p, their Cauli 72p and the Cabbage 42p if that helps, they also have Parsnips 500g at 28p , Onions 1.5kg at 42p and 2.5kg wonky potatoes at 87p , most of which I bought today.

I would like to know which other supermarkets are selling any of this veg at this price a link would be helpful. :)

I think quality save is in greater Manchester only and only certain places at that. Home bargains is whole of the u.k. It's odd though

Yeah, there are lots of both Home bargains and Quality Save about, but come to think of it... never both shops in the same centre...hmmm...

They are the same, do u have both shops near u too? Gotta related somewhere

Hmm, I took a pic of some thorntons that I thought might be a good deal- don’t think they’re that good, so didn’t bother posting, but look at the price label...

Hmm just googled. Don't think they are the same company but the have to same supplier if produce: They are supplied for by TJ Morris Ltd. Because of this, Quality Save is often confused with Home Bargains. That's off Wikipedia (y)

Thanks OP A dog will eat just about anything except margarine.

random oils and emulsifiers so suitable for people with intollerance to milk or milk allergies, but......bluuurgh!!! I thought it had disappeared forever. Maybe its unsold stock form 20 years ago :/ Actually much longer than that. I remember making pastry with it over 40 years ago. It was called margarine then. Whats different from it being labelled margarine now?

"Which one do you think taste better" "Taadaaa, it's Stork SB" "It's got to be Stork SB from now on" There i have just given my age away. lol

OMG this deal is great! The offer is for more than one colour KITCHENAID 5KSM125BAC Artisan Tilt-Head Stand Mixer - Almond Cream £329 @ Currys
Found 28th MarFound 28th Mar
I’ve been waiting for a good deal for a stand mixer for months now and this is definatly the best.

The funny thing is people keep compare this brand with other brands. Personally, this website is not asking all of your reviews about products. This is where people post the best deal or price of one product. If you don't like the product itself for some reasons, it is fine as anyone has their own opinion. In this case, just simply ignore it rather than comparing. Whatever you buy on the market, there always something cheaper somewhere. So just be fair "what you pay, what you get"

Made in the USA. Used a lot in our house for making all sorts of dough - saving a lot of effort making it by hand, and have found it a great help. However, had trouble with our first Artisan after 2 months - a bolt shot out at high speed with the mixer of lowest setting. Returned it via the shop to Kitchenaid, and it got lost in their system. Shop offered replacement. Not impressed with the service, but more than happy with the replacement machine

Sold it because I bought an artisan model in its place. Delighted with it as well.

Very interesting tare down / un-boxing of a similar one here (caution NSFW - but funny)

Someone who is out and doesn't have much money? You can get a savoury pastry and a cup of hot soup for £2.25 or a sweet and a hot drink for £2.25. They also do a very nice tuna sandwich

People complain constantly! I have a greggs account as i get free shit ... free is free :)

:/ I do want to buy one. But i don't know about the taste.

The same type of gerbil who has a Facebook account, and is happy for all their personal data to be sold to anyone in exchange for a free vegetable bake now and again. Simples really ;)

So what is the normal price of this jug if this is a deal ? I have a feeling it has been this price for months, as I bought one almost a year ago for £1 - I cannot be sure as it's not the sort of thing I look out for every time I go there.

Didn't realise the size, but I wouldn't say it "covers" all the others as you get 3 jugs..much more convienet than 1

And my time machine is in for a service (flirt)
