It makes the bread softer and fluffier than the Tesco Strong White Bread flour that I used before.

Using that pizza flour would you say it is as good as std white bread flour for bread making..? Thanks

We use a bread maker to make most of our bread now. To make a good loaf buy proper bread flour. I personally get a large 16kg bag of pizza flour from JJ Food Service for £12.49. It makes really good bread and you can make a large 800g loaf for about 60p (not including the energy to power the bread maker).

Did you buy it from the same dealer? Seems a good price. A pity that it doesn't have a nut / seed dispenser. But you can just add those to the mix. Bought one for our daughter. We use our bread maker several times a week. Heat added, thanks OP

Yes, and there is no better feeling than waiting 2 hours for a loaf of stodge because it has not risen enough etc. Just makes putting it in the cupboard that little bit more satisfying.

Not national sadly ;(

10/10 trays, even at full price I'd buy! Had variety of their pans and still all going strong!

These trays are excellent. Even the pyrex ones we had would over time build up a film that was hard to remove. Everything just wipes off these.

Bought a large pan few weeks ago, pretty good. Solid, flake free and no oil required. Passed the earlier offer on the trays last week but I might stop in by after work and pick up a tray or two.

Kitchen aid has a plastic main cog. This is much more likely to fail than the Kenwood. Otherwise they compete on a fairly even basis. The Kenwood is more powerful so less likely to fail ie you are advised not to use the meat grinder or overload the mixer on the Kitchen aid as it puts too much strain on the plastic cog. There is a comprehensive article about this

Kenwood used to be a buy it once item too I have had my processor for over 20 years Not sure they are as good now since they moved to China though

This or spend the money on Kitchen Aid? I'm told the kitchen aid is a "buy for life" type of product.

Do NOT buy this!!!! Get the one with the metal bowl. The glass ones keep getting stuck and the plastic attachment rings break on a regular basis as you try and pry it free. I bought one and regretted it. Other solution is to buy the metal bowl separately at an additional cost of around £80 Read the reviews!

would anyone buy these just to eat straight or is that just me?

What is the point in snarky comments like this? It's £1 to have it delivered through your letterbox.

Another Amazon non-deal. £1 at Sainsburys.

Hydrogenated oil, no thanks

Yeah man sugar, salt and fat what a weird combo
