What form does this "refusal" take? Are you interrupted at some point in the checkout process?

I see your point. I assume that the transaction went through in the first place? If you've allowed a couple of working days and seen no response to more than one ticket, I'd suggest just moving on and looking elsewhere - ultimately, no merchant can be forced to do business with anyone they choose not to.

Maybe even buy from the store where prices are set according to your intended local market? It might even be that that's the reason for these rejected orders.

Read your thread and it made me think back to this one..

I guess you doing something similar. One guy on that thread had problems because he didn't complete the phone check?.

One question I had though, is why don't you just use your credit card on the Canadian PSN store directly and purchase from there?. Why the need to have to go through the process of getting Canadian digital credit to purchase the games with?.

I did verify via phone. Not sure what I am supposed to be looking at in … I did verify via phone. Not sure what I am supposed to be looking at in that post you shared the link for .

Somebody mentioned a similiar problem, with the phone verification though.Cant you just purchase directly off the Canadian site with a Credit/ Debit card. I dont get why you need Canadian digital credit, seems a long way around to buy stuff?

Not without a card registered with a non-Canadian address unfortunately, … Not without a card registered with a non-Canadian address unfortunately, no.

Well I'm getting the same thing from them, saying order could not be verified. What a joke that site is. Waste of time.
