Do not click on the "reset password" as it might be traced by fraudsters

To be fair rakuten was always a dodgy website from when it was first created. Great deals but was extremely unsecure. Had fraud on my one bank account from chinese transactions shortly after using rakuten. 99% sure it was related to rakuten.

    QuickProfits

The reset link goes to … The reset link goes to ap.accounts.global.rakuten.com/globalweb/cmFrdXRlbl91azAx/pages/forgotPassword.xhtml Comes up with some foreign text then redirects. No idea.

You didn't - Aagh . First thing run virus checker , then change all your passwords on everything . They may have put a worm on your computer and I hope you didn't reset your password on that dodgy link .

Never ,ever, ever click on a link in an email. If you must go to the site via your browser and check it out from there .

Shame on Henlans and Penguins for all for advising you to click the link This is why you should never trust the post of someone you don't know on here .
