sorted byWell they have to make money, Not a loss. Thats how a business works. (edited)
1/ Retailers only make a tiny profit (<10%) on consoles (even Nintendo)
2/ It's too cheap compared to other genuine sellers
3/ Why would anyone accept an offer for £210 when they are already by far the cheapest
4/ Why would a small seller want to sell stock this fast, fast selling stock is an indication you are far too cheap.
5/ Most of the sales on this account are low value (99p), a common tactic for scammers to build feedback before the big one
Good luck to all you buyers it may be genuine
Don't know what's going on with HUKD nowadays but the mods don't seem to be on the ball anymore. (edited)
Note to mods!
Pease let those here who bought Switches be able to communicate with eachother by keeping this expired deal live so they can see the outcome to whether they're orders get delivered or how they can support eachother in getting refunds etc. (edited)
Point out where I said they accepted 199£, they accepted 210£ and I used a code to get it for 199£ (edited)
You started out misleading. Everyone was commenting on what offers they’d submitted and what had been accepted..and you posted that you got yours for £199 (edited)
Take him to court mate.
Dumb logic......

Is it for Ian Hislop?
LOL Ok.

Most of the feedback is based on low transaction items. It just seems a bit odd that they are able to undercut the main retailers by £50 with a £210 Switch offer price for a low margin electronics product. Their company records beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/com…ory
Hopefully people get their orders but personally would be a bit wary.
Not really a reason to vote a deal cold. The eBay listing is in all capitals, so the OP would have just copied and pasted the title. Not like you can’t read it or it changes the deal in any way
? 16, 559 with 99.7% positive feedback, sounds fine to me.
Heat for the bargain, though I think this should be the RRP price.

So why did you say you got it for £199 then? Misleading other people
They have now edited their original post to include the voucher deduction. Before it just stated got it for £199. Misleading as everyone else was saying how much their offers got accepted for and so people would then see their post as can get for £199 when actually this price is not available to anyone else (edited)
Be safe and pay with paypal
If the stock doesn't arrive or it's not a Switch in the box don't do anything without thinking it through and planning your response, sometimes people lose cases by doing or saying the wrong thing.
How can anyone look at this as a "no one here has been ripped off" scenario, just because "you'll get your money back"? Since when is feeding a fraudster a "no one here has been ripped off" scenario? That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read...
This was as dodgy as you'll ever come across and it's unbelievable that this got to deal of the day on such a prestigious website. It's not the first time this site has overlooked such obvious scams and clearly it will not be the last. HUKD have to change their stance on what can and can't be posted here, they only allowed it because they get commission off eBay sales as a whole. So for them they clearly weren't that bothered about the eBay seller, as they looked to making decent money from the sales.
Who in their right mind didn't see this as the dodgiest eBay seller out there? What business sells single Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh cards for 99p, and then all of a sudden has all the latest in-demand tech at the lowest prices anywhere online? With stock levels exceeding the likes of Amazon?... It's absolutely crazy
My tracking number doesn't end in 746gb, which means we've got different tracking numbers. However, these stickers are free to obtain so that doesn't mean the item has been sent.
I've reported fraudulent activity to eBay. I suggest others do the same.
Let's keep each other updated with our actions so we can all get our money back.
To the smug people trying to irritate: we're already irritated at being scammed. We don't need fuel on the fire.
are you going to ignore the 10% for electrical/gaming in your screenshot (edited)
It's difficult to spot frauds when they have 16000+ feedback - 99% of which is positive.
Where it gets disappointing however is with ebay. They make it surprisingly difficult to get in contact with them. No email address available, and live chat is hidden behind several pages.
And while the 8 day wait is understandable in most other cases, it makes no sense here. There is now plenty of negative feedback, enough for ebay to step in early and get this sorted. Instead, they are making their customers wait 8 days for a response from the scammer.
Well you should have stated that in your post to help others. What code did you use?
(edited)
Lol look who is talking about helping. 10 deals in 6 years some of which are freezing cold. I am sure someone who makes an effort to look at my page can make out who is more helpful. (edited)
didn't show code originally he has updated the post
Ah OK, my bad. You have a valid point then! Sorry.
Lol as if I care. They are the same people who come through PMs begging me to sell them stuff I get from Glitches cheap.
Oh dear. It seems you don't understand the concept of hotukdeals
