Have a look on Twitter etc about the conditions employees are having to work in before ordering anything from ASOS.

Yet I see you've posted and liked countless deals from Amazon. Have a read online and see what the working conditions are like for those employees before you try and educate people.

I have not ordered anything from Amazon during the lockdown, and will not for the same reason.

Look for the videos showing hundreds of employees at ASOS, exiting at the same time through 6 turnstiles.

Look for the number of times Ambulances have been called out.

New clothes are not essential at this time. People should be at home. Would you be happy to go work there? Or happy if your family were told to work there?

And if you do order, who delivers it? Again poor workers who are going out to deliver goods, putting themselves at risk, to bring you new clothes that you can only wear in the house.

Anyone whos thinks its safe to get clothing from ASOS right now.. Think again.... barnsleychronicle.com/art…rus ASOS ARE NOT FOLLOWING ANY GUIDELINES. THEY HAVE 6 TURNSTYLES WHERE ALL THEIR STAFF GO THROUGH. EACH ONE NEEDS TO USE A BIOMETRIC SCANNER FOR THEIR HAND TO GET IN. THATS THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE TOUCHING THE SAME THING IN A DAY. THE STAFF ARE NOT ALLOWED TO USE PPE AS ITS NOT IN THE UNIFORM. DONT ORDER FROM ASOS. (edited)

    Try this link. dailymail.co.uk/vid…tml

Ignore the article, watch the video. The tweet I linked to was from the local councillor with the video attached.

The Government is quite clear that we should stay at home unless absolutely necessary. Are clothes a necessity? They might be to you, but not to me.

I have addressed your point. The Government have said to only go to work if absolutely necessary. ASOS have decided to stay open. The staff have no choice but to go to work or they won't be paid. They are unable to access the 80% of wages as a result.
Why has Next etc closed down?

The video shown is the outside, who knows what's happening inside? Any report by Barnsley Council will have no doubt been "staged" for their visit.

Clothes are not absolutely necessary. If you feel the need to order some new clothes to sit in the house wearing them crack on, I don't. (edited)
