Probably because like me you spend a fortune with them so they don't need to entice you to buy more! :/

A similar thing happened to me a few months ago.
My £5 music credit disappeared when I activated another £5 off £20 deal, but it reappeared as soon as I'd placed a £20 order.
Some promotional credits stack and others don't.
I managed to stack the £5 music credit with a £6 top up credit recently.
No invitation for me, but I'm still eligible and have already applied it to my account.
I opt out of marketing emails, so don't receive invites by email, so I'm grateful to the OP for the tip off.

It is very easy to filter. Just look for the filter by seller options on the left and tick the Amazon.co.uk option.
The cheapest pair in stock and sold by Amazon are these amazon.co.uk/CAO…LU4
That simply means neither of you are eligible and this also applies to anyone else who is unable to claim as it will be selected accounts as per deal title. (edited)

I had actually forgotten about it, but there was a blurb on the pages of the items (Blu-Rays) I was browsing while logged in, pointing out I was eligible for £5 off and linking to the page.
That's why you're not eligible. The amount of money I've spent with Amazon is quite frightening, but that's why they won't ever offer me any discounts or vouchers
Yeah exactly that, they backtracked a little and confirmed the PS4 version will get the PS5 version for free. If I remember right (from Sackboy) it will prompt on the home screen to download the PS5 version and then you just have the Ps4 disc in the console to play it.

Usually simple enough to get them to call you back via the Amazon site, when you are signed in, but I've had issues with that of late, so I resorted to PLAN B, where I phone THEM on a FREE PHONE number.... Here you go.

Same issue here, it wasn't showing for me too, contracted Amazon via chat, they asked the same question did I receive an email? I said, I received a notification via app, I then said I can email a screenshot, they were happy with that, asked me to email to attachments@amazon.co.uk, which I did took the screenshot of page which stated I was eligible, five minutes later, they had manually added a fiver on my account for any purchase fulfilled by Amazon, hope this helps. No, I'm not a student - I pay monthly for Prime which I've done for years and spend loads on Amazon as I live rurally and can't get to shops. Feel like I'm being penalised for being a good customer as never ever had a discount from them. .
