What exactly are you hoping to achieve with this? If a high performance WiFi chip is required then it sounds like you're going to be doing something either sensitive to network stability or highly intensive on data. If this is the case then you presumably are going to be need of other good specs too which would be guiding your purchase decision. Otherwise you'll likely end up with high data speeds that are unusable due to bottleneck with cheap processing and/or storage chips that can't keep up for example.
I'm struggling to think of a situation where WiFi 6 alone but on the cheapest device possible would make sense. WiFi 5 should be more than enough for most people and should give you much better value for money as well as a better experience of using a phone.
The iPhone SE2 and Nokia G50 are probably going to be two of your cheapest options that still have half decent performance behind them. Especially if you are open to buying Grade A phones these should now be very affordable.

I use my phone like 5g router to my wifi 6 laptop .So to maximize transfer i need something with wifi 6 standard.
Need something 5g and Wifi 6 inside like Motorola Edge 30 Neo but cheaper.
