I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it did for me and two of my friends. Regardless of what item I put in my basket, providing the total reached a value of £25 or more, it automatically discounted £25!! Must be a glitch which they'll fix soon so be quick, as I can't see this being deliberate and it's certainly not an offer mentioned anywhere I can see. You'll still need to pay postage if your order is under £50. Use of any promo codes cancel the £25, but you can still use Loyalty Points. :)
Oh, and it still works if you go back and place another order!!

Thanks OP, managed to get an order of my favourite flapjacks in. :)
Back to full price - good luck to those that did manage to place an order!

Edit: Not sure what 'The Protein Works' is but I'm assuming this is at 'The Works' stationary shop?

good rates in review by real people.
Just asking what you are implying there? Are you saying The Protein Works are not?
Had a bad experience with MyProtein recently...they lost my order, told me they would be in touch...they didn't. Shocking customer service since The Hut Group took over I feel.
I no longer want to give them my money...so have been looking at The Protein Works. So just wondering if you have heard different?
I do not know what you are talking about but I have been with them more than a year now and even this month I ordered 4 times of different items, and they always made in time for delivery!
Fair enough, I was just picking you up on what you were saying...which to me sounds like MyProtein is rated by real people...and the opposite for TPW.
For what it's worth, I have been with MyProtein for many years. Every company is decent when things go well...but my opinion is that they show how much you (or I in this case) mean to them when they cock something up. Their customer service was nothing short of incompetent...enough to put me off the company (similar story with Zavvi - another Hut Group company).
Anyway, no bother. I was just wondering if you had any actual experience with TPW. But I'm not sure you have. :)
I don't know how dumb you are as more than before. You are nobody here to say someone who knows about stuffs or not, I have given you the link for that site, if you don't like it, don't bring your big mouth here with stupitidy excuses! Do you homework next time!
Mate, are you for real? I was being polite with you....but sod it.
All I was asking is your opinion on theproteinworks...yet at the same time you're recommending myprotein to someone.
"You can try from http://www.myprotein.com , they are cheap and good rates in review by real people." is what you said....I was only picking you up on the 'real people' which is insinuating theproteinworks isn't...the two things contradict..in my opinion, as the Deal you have posted is for one company, yet in the comments you're recommending another.
I think it's more down to maybe your failure to comprehend what I was asking. Which is 100% clear by your latest reply, but maybe English isn't your strong point. So fair enough. **** happens.
It's pretty hilarious how you have gone off on one though, but hey....don't go being aggressive in tone to people you don't know on the Internet, especially when you can't understand them....it makes you look like a pr!ck, and I'm almost certain you wouldn't say that stuff to my face.
Properly read what I have said, and what you have said. Not once did I tell others what they should do (I don't have the right to do so) all I passed was my experience with a company, and what I wanted was your opinion (the homework bit you mentioned) on the other company (the one you posted the deal for...?)...but holy crap, I wish I didn't bother, haha.
Thanks for the laugh pal. Oh, and for what it is worth I placed an Order with The Protein Works, should be here tomorrow.
You are mental person and you make no sentence of this story of yours! Leave me alone, get a life

"you make no sentence" ?? Don't you mean you make no 'SENSE'....because what you have typed does not make sense.

Which is ironic, because you're the one calling other people dumb, lol.

Listen, bottom line....don't call other people you don't know dumb (or mental)...the first thing you should be is polite to people...in the first instance I have done nothing to warrant such behaviour from you; I merely asked you an innocuous question.

I'll leave you alone when you apologise or stop responding...because the moment you start being aggressive and calling people things, is the moment you don't get the choice of being left alone.

Today's news is saying over consumption of protein will send you to an early grave.

Too much of anything is bad for you.

If I based my eating habits on the advice from all the scientific claims circulated in recent years I'd have starved to death by now.
Today's news is saying over consumption of protein will send you to an early grave.

It's called a post that involved copying and paste.if you don't care for the post then why waste both of our times i'm just trying to make people aware of a deal they may not of seen.
You don't go on to a website and judge the person posting a "Heading" so why make the issue now?

Because typeing in capitals in forums is shouting.

You could at least post like almost everyone else and type in the heading in lower case.

Don't and many will ignore your post purely because your shouting........

In all fairness Gavbut, such titles with lots of words and mostly in capitals isn't really good netiquette plus it is a problem for mobile users with small screens.

What a load of tosh! As far as trying offer good customer service and to win custom they have failed there. They had a page that was able to take orders, skus URLs etc should have indicated if the product page used was a 'test screen' . I think they are just doing their best to not honour the deal. They put together a deal then changed it after taking a few orders, be Everton or here.

I think it's a no win situation giving their repetitive drone about the Everton offer and blaming of 3rd parties...HUKD. best choose another supplier and to avoid them in the future if this is how they serve their customers. Wouldn't have cost them much to resolve this problem. They will have visited this page now as they know about the site maybe they will think again considering that pages like this will be indexed by google for all to see.

Worth it considering what you did order against

Hi Chris,

Thanks for your response and apologies for the delay in responding.

I have been investigating this matter further and I can now understand where the confusion is coming from. I can see that you have been forwarded to us through a voucher redemption site, such as hotdeals, who drive people to their site through the use of discount codes, hence the VOUCHER10 that you have used.

The New Years Bundle is an exclusive deal that we have agreed with Everton FC and that was open to members of their fan base. There is no New Year Bundle available to direct consumers on our website but only open through an invitation link sent by Everton FC.

It appears that the voucher codes site that you have used have scraped a test screeen with incorrect sizes from our site and promoted it in error. We have no affiliation to these sites other than offering discount codes but the offer displayed was a link through from their site and therefore their responsibility and to whom your complaint needs to be raised.

Please accept my apologies for the previous confusion on this matter but I hope that this clarifies the situation.

Dave

i have grabbed in my teeth now., can't let go,,,,

Sorry for all this hassle mate, I've never had any trouble ordering from them before and if I knew they've apparently turned into a bunch of con artists I never would have posted this deal.

I phoned them today and got the same answer, that the 2x500g page was a mistake, which would be fair enough, but I find that hard to believe because they quote that the full price of the items is £40.45 - which works out to the price of 2 500g bags:

80% protein 500g - from £9.99 x 2
Raze 100g £10.99
Vitamins x 60 - £6.99
Shaker - £2.99 = £40.95

I told them this on the phone today and they still haven't updated the page to reflect that the Regular price is not £40.45. It seems from that they may be intentionally misleading customers which is a trading standards issue.

They wouldn't send me what I had ordered so they've arranged a courier to pick up my order tomorrow. I wont be buying from them any more, and definitely wont be posting any of their deals on this site.

I hope you get something for your perseverance :)

Don't worry about it, it's not your fault, it narked me,
and would of been made much simpler if they had just made a gesture of good will for there own mistake.
it says quite a bit about them to not only not adjust the order because of there own mistake but, but to distance themselves some what when questioned by one of there customers, they are out of order ,and they know it

I agree, they should have either cancelled the orders or shipped what we paid for. It was their mistake, and they still haven't fixed it, the quoted 'regular price' is wrong and its not a half price deal. I wont be ordering anything from them again, a shame really as their products are decent.

it is that simple, they noticed the error, and knew that people ordered when it was like that, and failed to inform anyone which they should of done instead of sending the confirmation email out, if i knew there was a error it would of give me reason to thoroughly check the confirmation email, why would i need to check every confirmation email that gets sent out, some thing are sent out at the same time as the confirmation , on the same day, it's impossible for me to check the confirmation of every order before it gets processed,

what the 2£"$%$ do they think i do sit next to the pc waiting for them to send me mail, %$£%%£ idiots,

they haven't replied to my last message anyway, and i thought that was my best one yet,

there tactics are genius, ssssssshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, no one will notice,

Never heard of them myself......but always open to new stuff.

MP & BP have gone way too pricey now....check out Iron Science if your looking for the next best thing price wise.

Too Pricey? How did you work that out? Bulk powders is 1p dearer and MyProtein 9p for a 5 kilo bag of unflavoured

My Protein is the cheapest with their current offer of 6kg of unflavoured whey, a 1kg of creatine and a protein bar for £60 delievered.

The Protein Works is well known in the UK supplement industry, their flavours are one of the best tasting in my view but the prices aren't, if you're bothered about taste they are well worth a look as their are great tasting but pricewise I'd stick with MyProtein, Bulk Powders, Body Building Warehouse.

I agree, their protein shakes taste great, I love the cherry bakewell and butterscotch but they're too expensive compared to BP and MP.

Their customer service is 1st class but their deals aren't very good IMHO.
Love the flavours, but just ordered three from the Hut re MyProtein - hope these are as good !
