Good deal! Better than nikon L820 the nikon is just a point and shoot!
PIXIE AND DIXIE
Don't all cameras need batteries these days?

Mine has a rechargeable lithium battery. Buying batch after batch of AA batteries just makes it more expensive in the long run.
CubaCat
It needs batteries though, which is a pain.

Which is what makes it a great travel camera. When you're backpacking across the Dark Continent, a stock of AA batteries is the only practical solution.

Good price, but for those looking for a AA-powered superzoom travel camera, Id suggest spending a bit more on a Nikon L820, which can be had for around £120, and is possibly the best value camera on the planet.

Hard to justify the £135 price tag when you can pick it up for £99 via PAYG upgrade instore.
I don't understand how the PAYG upgrade works. I take it this would only be if you already had a Tesco PAYG SIM which I don't have? My local Tesco has 3 16GBs in stock so cold go along and get one for £129 and get it unlocked via the Ebay listing above.

Officially it's designed so you can take in an orange/tesco/t-mobile/o2 sim and 'upgrade' from your current phone to a new one.

However, most stores, don't require the sim, if you just give them any random Orange number, they just check it on the computer and if it passes their requirement you'll get it for £99 and the owner of that number won't know a thing about it.

I went in with my Mums number written down on a piece of paper, with my Dad's number too just incase one didn't work.(_;)

Hi,

Is this for PAYG numbers only?

I have nexus 4 and use custom ROM (paranoid android) which gives permanent full screen

http://twimgs.com/informationweek/byte/reviews/2013-Feb/Paranoid-Android/Paranoid-for-Android-Pie-1000.jpg

How do I get this? How do I do this? Where do I get this? That front screen looks great!
It's called PIE.

PIE? Sorry I don't understand. I'm new to ROMing.
The on screen control used to be called LMT (Google it at XDA) they incooperated it inside the Paranoid Android custom ROM, it's now called PIE. The Moto G currently has no custom roms.

Price has changed now. The link initially takes you to another seller 'the media merchants' and it's £12.71 fulfilled by Amazon. You can get it from Direct_offers-Uk but it's no longer fulfilled by Amazon. It's now £1.33 with £1.26 delivery = £2.59. Still a good deal though.

really good price, just recently bought from JL at £20 - however, product total disappointment and doesn't really work well - when you spray it, it just drips into a big mess and does not create any recognisable shapes onto the hair! does anyone know if you can take it back / return it based on a bad experience with the product?

Sorry to dig up a week old post, but I was looking for a deal on one of these.

For the benefit of the OP and anyone else who doesn't know what camelcamelcamel is, its an Amazon price tracker; http://uk.camelcamelcamel.com/13000mAh-Portable-Capacity-Dual-Port-External/product/B00BQ5KHJW
£29.99 is pretty much the standard price, but it was £20.99 VERY briefly. Not really a deal, but not voting either way

It was £99.99 you muppet :p

I purchased this shortly after it was launched (May). It started at £29.99 for Black and £34.99 for white and has then hovered around £29.99 since.
What I will say it's an excellent product, well made and charges my phone and iPad extremely quickly.

Worth mentioning that Anker support is just excellent (rare these days). After a few months use I put up a review on Amazon and mentioned it required clicking a button to start the charge which wasn't ideal for me as I'd have it in a rucksack with a cable coming out - a really minor issue but Anker emailed me and said I could swap it for another model that did auto charge or offer me a great discount so I opted to buy the Slim3 version for my wife :)

They are great products and worth £29.99. I bought the 2nd gen E3 through Flubit and saved another 10% on the Amazon price. Cold deal because it isn't a deal - it's the standard price - and the OP is a t0sspot.

Been a long day, enjoy the deal or not up 2 you, I thought it was pretty good. I was more impressed by the star rating comparing to number of reviews, not often anything maintains a high star ranking with such a large number if reviews. One review mentioned charging an iPhone 5, 5 times using this device which I thought was amazing.

I stupidly bought a cheaper version on eBay and its absolute crap...so this looks great for the money, with some piece of mind from the reviews!
Might not be 70% off but it is the cheapest price available at present. £40 on ebay

I agree with TheFoodie - coffee is much hotter from the Tassimo.
I've had both machines and much prefer the Tassimo.
The 99p store also sell pods 16 per pack, though I double up. I think it makes as good coffee as the Senseo branded ones.
Sadly my Senseo has died. Probably due to lack of descaling. However in answer to previous post, I like the lidl coffee pods and used to use them all the time. 3 different flavours to choose from. One of them ins stronger than the others. Not as nice as the really expensive pods, but very good tasting for the money.

Edited By: Dee140157 on Nov 13, 2013 18:55
I got rid of my Senseo in favour of a Tassimo. The Senseo pods have less variety and are not given the shelf space of Tassimo pods. The coffee from a Tassimo is much hotter too.
deanos
abucd4
cheaper but harder to get hold of the pods, but you can use refillable pods for your own ground coffee.

Lidl sell pods £1.69 for 16 , also on Amazon

Or buy a coffee duck and use any ground coffee

Its better than a Tassimo IMO, use my all the time and way cheaper to run than a Tassimo, just get a milk wisker for £1 from Ikea and makes nice cappuccino (heat the milk up first in a microwave)

How do the LIDL pods taste?
