Work in finance and never used one outside of education.

I'd guess that finance doesn't require you to know Algebra, Geometric Functions, Linear Equations etc etc. Does that mean other fields such as engineering, computer science don't then require the use of high level Maths. No what it means is you don't require them and it sounds like finance just requires basic Maths of which if you're competent you don't really need a calculator anyway!
brought the solar model, thanks!!

So many people don't get this because they didn't grow up with it in their house. I love mine. If you cook regularly it's great because you open one thing instead of 7.

But if you ever drop it all the spices will spill into each other and you'll have to chuck the lot out. Looks nice, but not as practical as separate jars.

The internal lid minimises spilling into the other pots because it sits so close to the top
Chrisdf
Had one of these. The lid will be a pain to get off. When you do you have to open another jar. Looks lovely but not practical

Dabba is extremely practical - that's why they've been in use in Indian cuisine since time began.

The whole point is you don't have to use individual containers. You lift the (should be airtight) inner lid off and you have access to all your main spices at once.

You don't have time to be faffing around opening plastic containers when frying spices this is usually only done briefly (30s to a couple minutes) you would either have to open all your containers in advance ready, or your spices will burn.

Pointless!

Please don't blame the dabba if you have spasmodic limbs! They often come with a little spoon in each compartment. Simply choose NOT to flick the contents of each spice holder into the other spice holders, and you have mastered a new culinary skill.

My personal choice would be :

black mustard seeds
cardamon
black cardamon
curry leaf
methi
fenugreek seeds
cumin
Om nom nom. Ordered the 20cm. Heat!

Really good stuff but make sure u take care. I don't take much caffeine I don't drink tea or coffee. Just a can of coke every now and again.
I took the full dose 1 scoop at 4pm before gym.
Did the best work out ever. And then I couldn't sleep for 2 days!! I was WIRED. 2nd day i didn't take anymore. Worked out harder and better and still couldn't sleep.
My body was shattered but my mind was working overtime. Like limitless!! But without the cool money making side.
Now I take 1/2 a scoop.
Must've been frustrating haha!!
Jack3D do Micro which has no caffeine in, could be worth a look.

Nice one il give it a go!

Frustrating ain't the word. When u do finally fall asleep the dreams are strange. But the workout high and focus is amazing! Like I said almost like that move limitless but without the kool maths part.

why do these pwo's always skimp on the beta alanine? you need 3g of BA...not 1.6
Too many bitches moaning about the tingles probably...best part of a pwo!!

An easy way to get it how you want it is to buy some beta-alanine £4.49 for 100g. (Works out at £1.57 per tub and almost 3 tubs could be augmented per 100g bag)
http://www.bulkpowders.co.uk/beta-alanine.html?ppc_img=ZPL10&gclid=CjwKEAjw8da8BRDssvyH8uPEgnoSJABJmwYobOEkJtsuPyzP3T1cX9YH3sV5c7ymH4YNB4d1gRk3QRoCymXw_wcB

You're missing 1.4g per serving so add 25*1.4=35g.

Make sure you mix it really well by shaking it all up in the tub before you scoop it out and probably heap the scoop to accommodate the 1.4g of powder you've added to the dose.
*Warning - be precise and careful when dabbling with stimulants manually, never guess, there have been deaths from people making their own and overdosing e.g on caffeine*

Sorry to be a killjoy these are cheap and pretty much disposable. Look at Decathlon if you want a decent value bike better than halfords IMO.
If it is purely for commuting shorter distances (≤30mins) then I'd probs go for a cheap second hand steel single speed.Far less likely to get nicked. For anything much longer I'd say this would be okay but I hate flat bars so cold.
Expire? Can't see @ £157 for the 56cm.
rugman
If that's your budget, you could do a lot worse...claris at this price (albeit not much of it) is a bonus
That was my thoughts. Anything more expensive and you are scared to leave it anywhere. You can get some right rubbish for that money, where as this is half decent. The frame is bog standard alloy, the forks are curved, might get a bit less vibration than a straight pair at this price. Tend to be straight because of fashion and maybe cheaper to produce.
