    Got the 3D / 2D version for £14.39.

It shows on the site as £21.99 but when you add it to your basket it comes up as £17.99.

Add the code from the OP and it takes it down to £14.39.

Also get 2% (not 5.05% as I originally thought) to come off from TCB making it a potential £14.10

    Very happy.

Price is now £15.99 before discount, £12.79 minus the 20%

EDIT: hmm, gone back up again? What are others getting as final price?

Blu-ray 3D for when 3D tvs of good quality are cheap and you buy one. 2D version till you get one. Digital version for when your travelling and only got a laptop with you and DVD to lend out to those pesky family members who never seem to buy their own movies

This movie was so boring. Action might be non stop, but apart from that it was dull.

I do believe that's why they have individual movies. This is them just coming together and showing the dynamics they have as a team and it worked perfectly. This isn't a standalone movie, it's a continuation of those and concludes the build up from those movies till the next one.

Why is this so hot? It's only 1 film?

I think its because the majority of Hot UK Dealers are couch potatoes - I bet the 'UK' in that is the relevant bit

If this was a bargain bicycle or something that meant getting off your butt it wouldn't have got a sniff. Hot UK Square eyed Fatties is more appropriate - or Hot UK Video Game Addicts. Too insulting? How about Hot UK DVDs and Video Games? Just check the top 10 deals and tell me there isn't a trend.

Come to think of it, this isn't even that cheap! It might save someone a couple of pounds but lets face it, the majority of those that can afford Bluray players and by default must have pretty decent TVs to play them (otherwise you'd just buy DVD) can afford to spare a couple of extra pounds on a Bluray easily; and when in the shops half of us at least wouldn't even consider 2 or 3 pounds difference on an impulse buy - Christ, I throw a couple of quid Starbucks' way every other day easily.

This deal is not THIS hot Its less than average and doesn't deserve the mental score. If there was ever a reason to review the scoring system then this one is it!

Good example of the way this site scoring is unjust; I saw a deal yesterday for a tent from Tesco - 2 man tent, down from around £30 to £6. SIX pounds for a tent! Final score before going expired - 98deg.

Have the site owners/admin thought about partitioning the movies, music and video games from the rest of the site?

Ran a half marathon last week, done 2 full marathons and so many halfs and 10ks I've lost count... Not that it matters a hot deal is voted hot for a reason. Demand. Running gear doesn't attract mega heat, but this site is very useful for finding cheap gear, which is the whole point!

This is a great deal especily for those of us who enjoy our superhero movies. I can't see the point people moaning about what deals get hot and which don't. I found Battle Royale, the 2 disc steel book edition in mint condition for £1.99 off that's entertainment. The deal got less than 50 degrees when posted here because there was only a few available. But as long as someone benefits who cares?

Cmon, this might be the cheapest price for something but it's not really … Cmon, this might be the cheapest price for something but it's not really a proper 'deal'. It's still thirteen quid for a blu ray, and it's not even out yet. Can you lot seriously not wait a few months for it to drop to £7 or so?

    Thor sells for £40
    Captain America sells for £40

so as you can see, with the avenger hmv exclusive steels they dont go down in price.

this is cheaper than the standard bluray - so is a deal. also so many casual bluray buyers will get this, it will go OOP and worth a lot soon. Star Trek went the same way over on play.com and you can get that for less than £60

this will never be £7 - heck captain america and thor regular blurays arent even £7 yet. these films retain value normally, let alone the steelbook versions.

but hey there are always people who dont get ''it'' with steelbooks and thats ok, but every day more and more people get addicted to collecting them. and those that are willing to sell the steels can do well from it.
