I don't believe in pre ordering shooters, and find it absurd that there is such a thing as Limited Edition.
However, £20 for a game not out yet. Heat.

Looks like the limited edition includes future DLC "Back to Karkand" at no extra cost. Essential if you're a BF2 veteran!

Just to clarify, the character at the start of the code is a capital i and not a 1.

Hmmm, awesome if it works. However, the terms state (at bottom of screen):

... MAY NOT BE COMBINED WITH ANY OTHER OFFER, GIFT CARD, REBATE OR DISCOUNT COUPON.

Hot all the same.

:D definitely worth a try.

As far as I know, this is a special BF3 code just for this weekend, so should be kosher.

they never cancel, I have had so many free and glitches priced games from the EA store it's crazy.

Must have spent thousands of hours on BF2 just hope this one is as good of not better!

You have made my day, been waiting for a good price for this for ages. Just waiting for the beta now when ever that is out! CHEERS OP!

it's not that hard to get the 10 coke zone points for this (10 cans of coke, 5 single bottles of coke or 3 big bottles and one can)

It works you should believe in it man I have seen it with my very own eyes. Why would you not pre order - I doubt you are going to get it cheaper than this for a long time after release? EA are not going to go belly up over night.

A) Digital distribution means there isn't limited availability at all in these days.
B) Pc games always plummet in price, DA2 for only £12 and you get ME2 free. Only exception has been Starcraft 2, which I haven't bothered with.
C) Gamers are getting stung with false promises lately, I'm going to wait for the backlash (aka Portal 2).
#19
alright bought it for £15 too with the cokezone voucher - guess its a bargain with that price :D
#20
How big is the download, anyone know?
#21
This is going to get HAWWWWWWWWWWT.

But I am sure it won't go down less than £20 (or £15 in my case) right after release - maybe a few months after. I want to play it on the day it hits and I bet that day it is still up at around £40. If I get 1% of the play time out of it that I have had from BF2 it will have paid for itself. Just waiting for the beta now.

No idea until it comes out, but I'd imagine something like 10GB (pure guess).
#37
how do you get the game? is it a pre release download or something becuase there is no reference to it on my ea downloader...i thought it may have said something about it even if its not released

in other words will it suddenly appear on day of release?

I got the digital download for BFBC2 yesterday from EA; the file was around 5gb. So you would expect this to be around 8/9gb perhaps...
#39
Just close the page and open it up again for another £2 discount

Does EA take the money straight away?
