you can get this for a pound.

Well, it has a decent score on metacritic.com and is viewed as very positive on Steam but I suppose you can wait a little longer and it will drop further :)

Fun little game, but probably not worth nearly £9.

The First W3 Expansion is a bit underwhelming as it's set on the same map as the base game and is basically one really long main quest with a couple of side quests, but Blood and Wine is pretty damn awesome.

IFRIT

Base game and all DLC - Any game that is "Game of the Year" edition includes the same.

EugeneVictorTooms

Funnily enough my gf was saying the same thing just the other day! Really looking forward to Blood and Wine which she said is on par with the base game, if not better! So I’m in for a treat! 8)

I envy you.

Currently struggling my way through the Witcher 1, gonna go straight in to 2, then 3 next...looking forward to getting to this beauty again! Not played the DLC yet either so it should keep me busy for the next few months (embarrassed)

Less than £5 using a Russian VPN on GOG

manc80

I would class it as lots (rather than most) have been fixed, but still lots more yet to resolve.

TightFistedGit

Most of which have been fixed apparently. https://gamingbolt.com/ghost-of-a-tale-update-fixes-vast-majority-of-bugs

manc80

‘Medieval world populated only by animals’...... and bugs... a lot of game breaking bugs. Waiting to pick this up a lot later when hopefully it’s in much better shape.

EmperorRosko

A lot cheaper when you go via Russia, ALOT!

Love this game Won't mention Russian VPN this time as this is easily well worth more - pick up the DLC too ... support this company so they keep making great games!

Seanspeed

It's quite different to Diablo 3. Much closer to Diablo 2, though still with plenty of unique systems of its own that makes any 'clone' claims of any kind quite ridiculous. Agreed though - great game. It was plenty worthy even at full price. This is no 'lesser' game by any means. Not everybody will love it(people play these loot ARPG games for different reasons), but it stands tall as one of the best in the genre.

jetskichimp

Good game, well worth the money. And yes some would call it a Diablo 3 clone.

Cant remember it being cheaper than this but i could be wrong, its a decent price in my opinion. Now £27.37
NickBoyland

I often ask myself similar questions - with regards to digital / physical. It partly depends on the amount of free funds you have aswell as how strong your inclination is to play it now rather than later on at some point. As the game has fairly recently released, you could buy on ps4, play it and then sell it again within a few weeks (depending on your play rate) for a similar amount that you bought it for. Obviously with buying on steam there is no resell value so it's probably better to wait until it's a regular sale victim in a couple years and you can pick it up for £9.99 or whatever. It's truly is a great game - the story is fairly tripe (like the first) but the game systems work amazingly well together and as I mentioned, the kingdom building is crazy addictive. I was staying up until 2AM, even with work the next day (which I have not done in years!).

fuzzle3

Don't know whether to get this on ps4 or Steam...

Yh, I was going to post this myself, but I've seen cheaper and it seems to be on sale around the 7-8 pound mark quite often. By the way, just realised, is your profile picture from The X Files :)

EugeneVictorTooms

Voted hot because it’s the cheapest today but this has been around ~£8 for about a year on cdkeys and various other sites (just put “dark souls scholar” in to the search on hukd). It has also been less than £6 on the very site you’re posting this deal for (3 weeks ago). You’ve not been looking very hard OP (embarrassed) . However now you have finally got your hands on it- you’re in for a treat - a truly brilliant game even if it’s not quite up there with the first.

I dunno if its because they check your ip address. I always use one account on the home wifi and the other on my mobile signal. I had trouble using the same payment method previously too, so now I just use a different card for each, or one on card then one on paypal.

joeydeacon

One for US, one for Canada

silvercondor

Can't be at the same address though. I tried setting up an account for the other half, and the order was repeatedly rejected. Support told me it's one per household, not per account. Note: this was for a previous promotion, but presumably same logic.

My mate bought this on the X and says it's amazing, the sense of speed and urgency is unreal, I want it but still too steep for a game in a genre I'm not a massive fan of.

Graphics on this are brilliant, attention to detail on the course are fantastic, I live near the course and you can see my house! 😁however the gameplay leaves a lot to be desired, awful handling and far too many glitches, the game is in need of a patch to sort it out

Intriguing! Yours truly was 'involved' in the original, possibly appearing twice in the credits. Ahh fond memories... ;)

LukeXtreme

While this is a good deal all thing considered, if you are new to the Project Cars (PC) you may want to stay away from this one. PC (1) is known to be a better than Project Cars 2, I am taking sound, graphics, gameplay smoothes and a bit more foregiving handling. If you hate yourself and have got PC (1) already, go for it and get the second one :)

dannyscun

Very good game but also quite annoying at times. Still a little bit buggy on PS4 in places. Recommend at that price

umirza85

PCARS 2 is such a good upgrade from PCARS1. They've really listened to the community here and if you're worried about not being able to compete without having a wheel you needn't worry. They've really fixed the controller input on PCARS2, its actually enjoyable now to play with a controller as theyve improved it 1000% over the first game.

That's really weird. I don't have access to their T&Cs so I can't check but since they've just launched the website it might be a mistake. Otherwise that's a really awkward voucher, for no reason.

https://store.playstation.com/en-gb/product/EP0700-CUSA09243_00-NNK2SEASONPASS00 Unless you know for certain that you can keep the SteelBook, I wouldn't bother for the £3-ish saving... but again, I'd say buy the set and enjoy it. ;)

loopylloyd

Ah see the SP is £15.99.

loopylloyd

I see some guy on GAME TRADER (FB page) split and kept the steelbook, not sure how clear the Kings Edition explains its in there but there is a standard blue case as well so hopefully that would suffice. Do you know the cost of the season pass? Tempted to go for it but risky as CeX could drop.. you can lock the price in online but then you would need to send it to them. I don't think it will drop in price on CeX quickly though, in fact could go the other way. You are right, its a seriously nice CE! I was considering doing this when BASE had it for £119.85 and its dropped a fiver more.

Illusionary

I expect that they'd probably want the SteelBook too, even if it's not explicitly stated in the title of their listing. You'd still be getting a good price for the season pass, though if you're happy with the hassle. It's a really nice set, though, so you might find that you want to keep it. :p

loopylloyd

Tempted to buy for £114.85 to sell everything to CeX bar the steelbook/DVD and season pass and get £102 back.
