I just knew someone would have got the email and thought oh I could post … I just knew someone would have got the email and thought oh I could post this for heat....HAte these offers - I goto the expense of buying season wrist bands and they try and fill the park.... can't make their minds up....p.s. their marketing is intentionally misleading..... it isn't normally £30 if you book online in advance i.e. Friday would be £21 but hey that doesn't sound as good!

I just figured it would be worth sharing for those looking at going away. I don't really care about heat, I have a job - this doesn't provide me with any income. It's £30 if you turn up but you're right, you can save money on this by buying online in advance just not as much as this.

I'll try and edit the post but it is valid on Sundays, it's just not valid on Saturdays or Sunday 3rd May. If someone can edit the post as I'm on my phone that would be appreciated

Heat , just a shame there's not been a proper white knuckle coaster for 8 years !! And that was infusion and that's 2nd hand . Come on the thompsons you've fallen behind Thorpe park and Alton towers in recent years .

I was surprised to read it's £30 normally!

Pretty sure both value season tickets and value advanced bookings are about the same thing, getting more punters in when it is quiet so they make cash. Do you honestly expect them to not try make quiet days busier just because people with a season ticket might have to queue a bit more?

WOW when Booking 22nd May (or any other dates 10 days in advance) you save an entire £1 per wristband. Talk about giving misleading prices on discounts

Heat from me. My fav of all the theme parks I've been to. Such a great family day out and rides for everyone without massive queues. Never waited more than 40 mins for anything and been lots of times. Guaranteed day of laughter.

Also facebook has been advertising a 10% student discount. I'm not certain exactly how to claim on it yet though.

Went to Portaventura last week and Shambhala is basically the big one but just not quite as tall. However the Shambhala is so much better and provides som excellent air time - must of gone it nearly 10 times whilst there.

Also worth noting that a season pass at Pleasure Beach gets you into Portaventura too.

Last time i went to Blackpool it was full of overweight Adidas wearing chavs, the pub floors were all sticky with beer and puke, the B&Bs were last decorated in 1970 owned by obese drag queens with fags hanging out their mouths, the see was brown sludge and even the pigeons flew upside down as it was not worth hitting on, goodluck with this deal lol

Nah, not as bad as it was 7-8 years ago. Granted its still got a long way to go, but you have to admit blackpool council are trying hard to clean up its image now. The drawback is its still an attractive place for stag/hen parties and i dont think the council can do anything to remove that attraction unless they close most of the bars.

The big one is around 20ft shorter drop , but it's true now you can use the bpb season pass at port A , ages ago port A was the same group as Alton towers

Na it's ok but it does appear higher as its surrounded by low rides like Big Dipper etc.
