About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Found a great deal, brought one myself although I would have preferred brown switches.
Free Delivery too
Compared to other similar priced keyboards its a steal
Edit: Getting comments wondering whether this is the Xti model or not. The ETA argos has given indicate it is a Quickfire TK, so the image/thumbnail is kinda misleading. Should have clarified this earlier.
Edit 2.: Wow first post and it blew up. I have decided not to cancel my order in case I get the actual product described. It did seem to be too good to be true, bummer.

But Some of you are just pathetic.....
Moaners with lower spec keyboard: ! TOUGH, Move on, get over it, nothing venture nothing gained, just return it.
You sound pathetic.
Argos: You handled this superbly, you worked your ass off to make your customers happy after you realise you made a mistake.speaking with CM and asking them to work together to try and keep most of us happy... Big thumbs up.there will always be a few let downs not everyone is going to be pleased with the outcome.
Cooler master: coming on here to reassure us as customer and tell us you are doing your best to fulfil orders says A GREAT DEAL about your customer support and customer loyalty..... I have been on the fence between a corsair PC case and a cooler master case for the last week or so, and based on this thread alone I'm completely sold on purchasing the Cooler master case !!
Good job CM huge amount of respect from me

Could be worse, we could've paid bargain prices for this mouse...
I realised my comment probably doesn't stand out and is obv quite important, so just to make it more noticeable...
OFFICIAL RESPONSE FROM COOLER MASTER
It's a bit more than a few quid £80-£70 down to £33 is a great saving. People are just dissapointed that they canceled their order because they would risk it. They could have easily returned it with very little amount of hassle and it was all free. But you have to be in it to win it, and some people were in it and just canceled it.
You must be devestated
We have investigated this mistake and have decided to support the thousands of fans who purchased this and work with the reseller to honour those orders. Please bear with us but rest assured that we won’t let our fans be disappointed.
Have a great weekend - Cooler Master UK
Expect to see a deluge on ebay for about £60.
Georgia (10:29:44 GMT) : Thankyou for bringing this to our attention we are going to look into this for you, and it should be corrected in the next few days
Visitor (10:30:05 GMT) : so which is it?
Georgia (10:30:35 GMT) : At the moment we are unsure as to which model this is, we are just waiting for it to be confirmed
Visitor (10:30:53 GMT) : but it is a mechanical keyboard?
Visitor (10:31:13 GMT) : so it is a cooler master but unsure which one??
Georgia (10:33:08 GMT) : Yes we would say this is a mechanical keyboard, that's correct
Visitor (10:34:06 GMT) : excellent. Ok well thanks for your help today. I look forward to your site being updated.
Georgia (10:34:22 GMT) : No problem, thankyou for bringing this to our attention
Visitor (10:34:44 GMT) : my pleasure, i dont want people getting the wrong keyboard when something else has been promised. That would be awful wouldn't it?
Georgia (10:34:50 GMT) : Of course
Visitor (10:34:54 GMT) : bye for now!
Georgia (10:35:01 GMT) : Thankyou, bye
Coolermaster have said the item is not in argos warehouse, but is an item stocked by a distributor called Exertis.
Argos online orders are given to Exertis for fulfilment, ie Exertis ship to you direct, it never goes via Argos warehouse, but there has been a mistake between Exertis and Argos, and the price is wrong.
Exertis will not honour the price, and Argos will not make such losses. So the only outcome is that Argos will cancel the orders.
Argos only changed the item to out of stock as a result of my contact with the UK CM sales rep.

I dunno, I feel the problem isn't different between the groups and yet the outcome appears to be so.
Buy a pack of these ukkeycaps.bigcartel.com/pro…hes
Changes the LED color, works best with white LED
come on seriously ?? what ever you get its going to be worth more than what you paid
Just stop strafing right ffs
Almost worth the £32.99 just to hear all the screams coming from people that rushed to cancel and are now gurning about it.
Sucks for the people that bought early and got the devastator but hopefully in the next few days they can get sorted as well

No it's not going particularly well, but I do not believe bullish companies like Amazon deserve a 'halo' of any sort.
From my experience they have some of the worst, by-the-book policies I've ever seen from an online retailer. Amazon is not a good thing and never has been. There's nothing friendly about them, it's a retail devouring monster.
Agree, I'm just happy they are honoring it, I always expected it would come down to a refund.
Seriously, it's only a keyboard. Give poor Argos a break
Here is a better pic for you if you are interested.
You can test your keyboard out when you get back.
At times like this I like to highlight how wrong some people were.
Happy days
nobody is going to get the orders for this keyboard. I know the distributor and have a contact within Coolermaster I know also.

Hopefully they will make it back in the long run.
I've had a play around with the keyboard and as long as it lasts I'd be more than happy to buy another later down the line.
They've got a future customer out of me.
Yep good spot, googling EAN brings up Quickfire TK pdf HERE from Cooler Master. So not the image Argos are using but still a £80+ keyboard.
Deal will catch fire now I reckon. Heat from me.
Shame its not got dedicated arrow keys.

All the "stock" images of coolermaster keyboards show the US layout yet normally UK retailers only get EU layout keyboards. Was certainly the case with my Quickfire TK. We'll see how this one turns out when it arrives
This is the price they should be. Although I'd claim cheaper still without the 'gamer tax'. All other computer equipment has become much cheaper over the years.
Voted hot, as obviously a saving.

If I don't post for a while, assume I've been killed by colleagues.
"cm storm" is their name for any peripheral under the coolermaster range, if they supply the octane/devastator then they'll have quite a few returns on their hands as that wasn't pictured plus the description is copypasted from the tk keyboard - those cheaper ones mentioned are membrane keys.
why don't you knock it off with them negative waves
