I have to say I own a lot of Craghoppers clothing and find the quality really decent. I also own a lot of the more premium brands as I spend a lot of time outdoors and find there's no difference between things like baselayers and trousers so hot from me
Cold from me - Craghopper do offer far bigger discounts from time to time. Quality isn't great &. £3.95 delivery negates the saving unless you order a few items.
Was about to order but £3.95 delivery!
Giving you some warmth but need bigger discount :P
+ £3.95 for standard delivery? Any codes anywhere??

Shame. They have most sizes in the Debenhams sale but not as reduced - £25:

Purchased the 32R, which arrived last week. Word or warning, they are very short, so had to return mine. Shame, as they're great trousers.

Do these trousers book themselves into a 5 star hotel the moment the camera is off like their previous owner?
Yeah, LOL!!! Because he didn't actually do anything before his TV career...
On 16 May 1998, Grylls achieved his childhood dream of climbing to the summit of Mount Everest in Nepal, 18 months after breaking three vertebrae in a parachuting accident.[26] At 23, he was at the time among the youngest people to have achieved this feat. There is some dispute over whether he was the youngest Briton to have done so, as he was preceded by James Allen, a climber holding dual Australian and British citizenship, who reached the summit in 1995 at age 22.[27][28] The record has since been surpassed by Jake Meyer and then Rob Gauntlett who summitted at age 19. To prepare for climbing at such high altitudes in the Himalayas, in 1997, Grylls became the youngest Briton to climb Ama Dablam, a peak once described by Sir Edmund Hillary as "unclimbable".[29]
Other expeditions
Circumnavigation of the UK
In 2000 Grylls led the team to circumnavigate the British Isles on jet skis,[24] taking about 30 days, to raise money for the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI). He also rowed naked in a homemade bathtub along the Thames to raise funds for a friend who lost his legs in a climbing accident.[26]
Crossing the North Atlantic
Three years later, he led a team of five, including his childhood friend, SAS colleague, and Mount Everest climbing partner Mick Crosthwaite, on an unassisted crossing of the north Atlantic Ocean, in an open rigid inflatable boat. Grylls and his team travelled in an eleven-metre-long boat and encountered force 8 gale winds with waves breaking over the boat while passing through icebergs in their journey from Halifax, Nova Scotia to John o' Groats, Scotland.[30]
Dinner party at altitude
In 2005, alongside the balloonist and mountaineer David Hempleman-Adams and Lieutenant Commander Alan Veal, leader of the Royal Navy Freefall Parachute Display Team, Grylls created a world record for the highest open-air formal dinner party, which they did under a hot-air balloon at 7,600 metres (25,000 ft), dressed in full mess dress and oxygen masks.[31] To train for the event, he made over 200 parachute jumps. This event was in aid of The Duke of Edinburgh's Award and The Prince's Trust.[32]
Paramotoring over the Himalayas
In 2007, Grylls embarked on a record-setting Parajet paramotor in Himalayas near Mount Everest. He took off from 4,400 metres (14,500 ft), 8 miles south of the mountain. Grylls reported looking down on the summit during his ascent and coping with temperatures of −60 °C (−76 °F). He endured dangerously low oxygen levels and eventually reached 9,000 metres (29,500 ft), almost 3,000 metres (10,000 ft) higher than the previous record of 6,102 metres (20,019 ft). The feat was filmed for Discovery Channel worldwide as well as Channel 4 in the UK.[33] While Grylls initially planned to cross over Everest itself, the permit was only to fly to the south of Everest, and he did not traverse Everest out of risk of violating Chinese airspace.[34]
The expedition provoked some controversy. Grylls initially reported on his blog to have broken a new world record by flying over Mount Everest, when in fact – though reaching a height greater than Everest – he did not actually fly over the top of the mountain but was in fact some miles away from it.[27] Some explorers have cast doubts on the veracity of other aspects of the flight, such as its purportedly record-setting height, which would have put him into the "death zone" where the amount of oxygen in the air is insufficient to sustain human life.[27]
Journey Antarctica 2008
In 2008, Grylls led a team of four to climb one of the most remote unclimbed peaks in the world in Antarctica, to raise funds for children's charity Global Angels and promote the use of alternative energies. During this mission the team also aimed to explore the coast of Antarctica by inflatable boat and jetski, part powered by bioethanol, and then to travel across some of the vast ice desert by wind-powered kite-ski and electric powered paramotor. However, the expedition was cut short after Grylls suffered a broken shoulder while kite skiing across a stretch of ice. Travelling at speeds up to 50 km/h (30 mph), a ski caught on the ice, launching him in the air and breaking his shoulder when he came down. He had to be medically evacuated.[35]
Longest indoor freefall
Grylls, along with the double amputee Al Hodgson and the Scotsman Freddy MacDonald, set a Guinness world record in 2008 for the longest continuous indoor freefall. The previous record was 1 hour 36 minutes by a US team. Grylls, Hodgson, and MacDonald, using a vertical wind tunnel in Milton Keynes, broke the record by a few seconds. The attempt was in support of the charity Global Angels.[36][37][38]
Northwest Passage expedition
In August 2010, Grylls led a team of five to take an ice-breaking rigid-inflatable boat (RIB) through 2,500 miles (4,000 km) of the ice-strewn Northwest Passage. The expedition intended to raise awareness of the effects of global warming and to raise money for children's charity Global Angels.[

Is that you Bear or your agent? Too many accounts of your fakery and greed to take you seriously. Still as you say, you are an entertainer not an adventurer. And you make a good living out of your "charity" work.

Great offer.. got a pair of Bear Grylls trousers RRP £70 for £17.50 as the 50% code worked for me on sale items :p
I had problems getting the discounts using the website to order and I ended up phoning Craghoppers and they had to create 2 orders. One for the 'Cracker 20' deal on items already discounted and another for the 'Merry 50' deal on full price items. They were happy to combine the orders and only charge 1 lot of postage.
They were very helpful
Great deal - but then checked on amazon and found my items even cheaper with more colour choice so its worth comparing amazon too before you commit :-)
Thanks op! Ordered a parka and used the code too

Their sizes are definitely on the bigger side so keep that in mind when ordering. Also there is a delivery charge - returns are free though.
Are returns free? I can't see it on the website
Free via collect+, if you're sending by post you'll need to cover the cost

Thanks JellyFox1, i take it the standard 28days return policy stands.

I can use the 20% code and reorder but makes it nearer 35 instead of sub 30
The code was posted on hukd with no mention of the source ( http://www.hotukdeals.com/vouchers/40-off-everything-except-outlet-craghoppers-2579194 ) and I then found a few Bargains and posted the deals

The code is the deal not the coat .. and the code has already been posted. If I posted every item on their website as a separate deal using the code,it would annoy everyone, so why are people doing just that?

Speak for yourself, I find the individual deals helpful. You don't always find every nice item on every site yourself. Thanks OP.

Oh so how about I post all 1200 items separately as deals on here and that's all you will read for the next few days lol

Of course they don't have to honour the discount.
Others had their orders cancelled.

All Craghopper returns are free via collectplus.
My order of two jackets arrived today. One of them was the wrong jacket and the wrong size so I phoned customer services to inform them. I was told to return the wrong jacket free of charge but that if I wanted the jacket that I had ordered I would not be given the 40% discount as the code was wrongly leaked on HotUkDeals. Does anyone know that they are within their rights to hike up the price like this when I have the original receipt saying the jacket is £21. Has anyone else had the same issue?

Standard procedure.... Always the same.. Even worse when you have size 12 feet
I have a 34" inside leg and all my craghoppers are standard length and fit OK (I also have size 12 feet)
I have a couple of pairs of the kiwi craghoppers and they are long. May depend on model. I found the regular size a bit too 'Lee Evans'
Found the Kiwi's to be long myself but these ones to be short. I ordered the 31" length on Amazon and that's what I would normally take but found them more to be like 30" in this style. My 2nd time round went a waist and length size up in these!
Oh well will return if they are too short

Just had the trousers delivered and they are short so back they go unless anyone wants a pair of 36" or 38"

Don't rate craghoppers ... on par with Trespass, prefer north face and berghaus
Have some of the cheaper Berghaus fleeces and some Craghoppers - Craghoppers is better but some of their basecamp trousers and fleeces are not so good. Some of the Bear Grylls stuff is also very good but I wouldn't ever pay full price.....

Disagree, I think some of their clothes are superior to tresspass.

thanks just saved me £40.
made an order just before seeing this.
the 40BLC code works on everything.
cancelled the first order, ordered again for £22 less + the second order included an extra top.

Why spend so much on poor quality Stu?

Anyone know If this jacket is suitable for anyone over 6ft?
im 6 ft 1 and 13 1/2 stone need xxl in craghoppers stuff, have similar jacket fits fine.

ah okay thanks, im slightly taller than you but I got a large. I'll see when it arrives hopefully next week

I'm 6ft 3 and have the large and it's a pretty good fit. I have a few fleeces in medium and large, both fit and have there pro and cons with my height. Medium is a good fit on body but the arms are very slightly short at a push but large is ok arms but a bit on the baggier side on the body. Love this brand tho, keep going back.

it arrived today and the large fits well. I am very impressed with the quality too plus it seems super warm. I'm probably ping to order a couple more jackets from them and fleeces
Had a despatch email! YES!!!
I've just had despatch notice
Just a heads up, I ordered this with the discount code yesterday, but got an email saying they needed me to call to verify my shipping information.

I called this morning and they asked for my employee number. I didn't have one, and they said I couldn't get it at this price. They offered to sell me the jacket at full price, but I cancelled and ordered from Debenhams for £30.

Anyone who ordered should expect their order to be cancelled.

There is nothing quite like a brushed cotton shirt for providing a bit of extra comfort on the winter trail. Flint fits the bill nicely, constructed from a soft brushed cotton fabric in rich autumnal

Voucher code MEGA25 has just knocked my £84 basket down to £63 :-)
Lucky You. I did try it, wouldn't work for me!
Maybe there is a minimum spend? I also didn't have purely outlet stuff in my basket - they was all reduced but some from the main sections too.
