lol thats a carp deal

i got a free samsung s2 last jan with 3000 mins, ulimited texts and 1gb data for £36/month on a 12 month contract PLUS £55 cashback with vodafone - via daialaphone - if i went to vfone direct at the time it was £61/mth over 12 months or £46/mth over 24 months

1gb of data for £36 a month? That's real poor. I got the one plan with a S3 for £22 a month and £160 for the phone. So about £27 a month. No cash back but caned 40gb over Xmas when my main Internet went offline. Worth the cost. Vote the above one plane deal hot.
Not an iPhone.

That's me never shopping in Currys again. They'll soon be on the scrap heap with Comet if they continue lying to customers.

Why is this so cold :(

Some people may think it is the same price as the xbox/ ps3 version - which you can pick up for £7 used :)
Or as it isn't available for home delivery, some people will automatically vote cold as they expect this to be in their local shop.
I voted hot because it is a good price :)

but i put PC specs in the description...

The free upgrade to WIndows 8 Media Center finished yesterday.
kenwebb1953
Can't see the point of upgrading to pro unless you need the few extras it adds. Some business users would benefit, but think carefully before paying your hard earned for something you don't need.
One main advantage for non-business to upgrade to Pro is to be able to get Media Centre (its not available for normal Windows 8).

Anyone got one? Any good?

I've owned one of these for over a year, and it's great. I paid a fair bit more than this, and do not regret a thing.

Really clear and accurate cup markings, which is much more useful than I thought it would be at first.

Can also be seen in use by Jamie Oliver on 30 minute meals. Make of that what you will.

Great deal. Heat added.
great thanks
Got one today a really nice kettle it's quiet and stylish although a little on the heavy side, there's a light on the switch but no light inside the kettle.

The efficiency stuff is just nonsense it's just about boiling enough water for what you require, so boil more than you need and it suddenly becomes less efficient (obviously) just marketing waffle and an excuse for some green on the box that's all.

Pretty certain it was £23 in store price (Basingstoke)

Recommended.
Bashop
same price as a microwave
Likely to be much more efficient though.

aargh! ordered mine few hours before the drop £5 down the drain...
Now even cheaper on PC World
Fitted mine to my desktop over the weekend, the speedyness of it is great. Going to go for it and replace the 500gb HDD in my lappy with one as well. Will have to manage my data a bit more carefully (and transfer stuff to the 1.5tb HDD in my Desktop) but it'll be worth it.

Improves upon the awful trigger buttons, well worth it especially at this price.
Awful awful product. Break very easily.

Its only useful for racers anyway. Only an idiot would prefer R2 and L2 over the much more responsive tacticle R1 and L1 buttons.

I suppose if you want to pretend you're cool and use actual triggers then you'll probably have them anyway. I mean, who cares if it gives you a disadvantage online, games are for fun, right? RIGHT?!?!
Kristian
Never saw the point in these, most shooting games use R1 and L1 anyway and the original R2, L2 paddles are fantastic for pressure controls like driving
you can flip the controls to make r2 l2 the triggers, i had a pair of these and they broke after a few months. Great for that price but prefer the orb triggers over these
could do with some more of these as spares and replacements for ones I have lost. will trek to currys tomorrow to check. else i'll get them from amazon
