How can anyone vote this as cold!

Try and beat it. Remember the 19" tft

Hello scvgww and welcome to HUKD. Don't worry about the cold votes, they always happen at the start of a deal post until people come along and vote differently

Great deal for a basic PC mate and welcome to the site.

May get more warm votes if you post a bit more about the spec in your initial post though? Just a suggestion

configure.euro.dell.com/del…dhs is a better deal in my opinion for £70 more - better processor, bigger HDD, more memory, better GFX and a card reader

I've added some detail and tag to the OP.

Its not a bad deal its just not as bang for buck friendly as the others posted today. If it suits your wallet its fine.

I agree - this is a good price for a basic system. For those who need a monitor this deal compares favourably with the popular but now expired C521 deal.

Yes, better value for those who want a better specced machine - this code also alllows you to remove the monitor. You however failed to mention that the £70 difference also includes a drop to vista basic. The OP's system has Vista business. .

Both systems will be of value depending on what you want.

    not yet :x

still sitting at pre production. Got to be the longest I've ever waited for a system to get started. Even more ridiculous that it's a bottom end machine, I can only guess that it's the vostro cases that are short as everything else is pretty much bog standard parts.
