I can confirm the chocolate orange is rubbish. Nothing like chocolate or orange or even a chocolate orange!
Dont you know it!!!!!!! And the Vanilla one.....I think tasted like burnt rubber.....wont be going back there in a rush either....but their 'VERY' vanilla may be different.

I prefer the Douwe Egbert ones - especially hazelnut. I also have the vanilla one and the chocolate one. Like them but hazelnut is definitely my favourite.

Me too Huni, was so happy with my weight, agree Cambridge way too expensive! Hence reason for post, thisI is similar, drastically cheaper, as I said maintain or lose. I did know this would go cold HUKD never vote Hot on diet deals. Surprises me as so many of us females are not Happy with our body. Semi-Chem do Slimfast Shakes for 99p if they are in stock as do Bodycare. Exante are supposedly the best!! I am happy that I posted, as you know I only hear about the hot votes and the rating is now about 50/50.

I only ever used cambridge cos they seem to be the only one that does lactose free xx

Sustainable and educational. What do you gain from shakes? Will you continue to buy them all your life, or will you stop and have a yoyo effect
Hi mattsokoinski, shakes are so easy. I find them filling. I cannot eat breakfast! I have a very healthy diet. I use superfoods in my evening meal. I am not depriving myself of vitamins or nutrients using exante, I am getting more goodness than I would if I was not taking them.
My diet would be espresso, croissants and sweetend cereal!) Honestly.
So you are saying that a slimfast type shake is healthier than a simple b'fast? the shake that has around 30g of sugar per serving (which is current max recommended intake btw, and you most likely have more than one).
Also Cambride? A company that doesnt give any info about their products is a scam.

Have your espresso crossants and whatever just dont have 10 portions of it. balance and awareness is the key not some powder shakes

Ohh and for £2.50 per "meal" you could make something like this and have some change afterwards http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/egg-hole-smoked-salmon-avocado-

cambridge isnt a scam....its popular and the results are amazing. as for sugar content, its approx 10g per meal and u usually have three a day.
