    Lovely darts. Yeh agree with the other comments - we’re not having these as a substitute for chicken breast and rice meal it’s more like an afternoon snack in between meals with a black coffee  
    these don’t even touch the sides after a big back or leg session. Unless you’re in the last week of Olympia prep then I wouldn’t worry about it guys. Don’t let perfection get in the way of progress or whatever the saying is.
