So these bars are full of junk but protein powder isn't?
Greek yoghurt is a slightly better option but there's nothing wrong with a protein bar or 2 a day as a snack if the rest of your diet is good
Pack up some zero fat Greek yoghurt and fruit instead. Much better and cheaper ;-) or mix in some protein powder with the Greek yoghurt if you want to boost protein intake further. Way better than this rubbish!!
