Where the supplements are. Or just ask a member of staff for them.

Good question. Atkins next to shower gel at mine. Other 'health' and diet foods also on the aisle so not quite as daft as it sounds but it did take a while for me to find it when it was being offered free on a cashback site!

Just been to Tesco Extra Chesterfield and it's still £114.9 for petrol and £119.9 for Momentum.
alexc100
Bargain. That's a far cry from my local Sainsbury's which seems to have totally forgotten about customer value with its 121p/litre. Currently more expensive than Shell!

its been 3 months now!
disgusting.
i wondered why they were doing this.
they kept putting 1p up every week.

yeah has anyone tried paying £1.12.7?
Brexit did this!
but we've not left yet?

Don't worry when we leave it'll be even cheaper .... you'll actually be able to wash your clothes in it.

2p a litre! Whatever should I do with my £1 saving? I can not contain myself.
PsychoSonny
if you own a run of the mill car then you would be throwing money away buying performance fuel. you should always be buying wherever is cheapest. it wont ruin your car at all. biggest myth out there.
if you own something worth talking about then tesco momentum is good enough. if you own something people stop and stare at and take pics then run v power or bp ultimate.
simple as that really.
so the wife uses asda fuel in her bmw mini. i use momentum or bp ultimate (whichever is closest) in my 3 litre bmw 2 door convertible sports car.
Im so glad someone else picked up on that. What a pretentious bell
Like those Smart car owners that put a Mercedes badge on theirs. In that case, I should put a Bentley badge on my Golf. X)
Either way that was poor advice about fuel. Adding a certain type isn't about perceived desirability, it's about what your car was designed to take. Premium diesels are a waste of money - extra detergents/Cetane boosters are much cheaper per L to add yourself. Tesco Momentum is every bit as good as Shell V-power and around 15p/L cheaper. Whether you're driving an Audi S3 or a Bugatti Veyron, both fuels will do the same job on a car set up to run on higher octane fuel.

I've put Lexus badges on my Toyota.

Just filled up at Asda. Pump was faulty and I didn't get charged.

Listerine total care 500ml is £2 in Tesco.
However, the OPs deal is still best.
rooney10
Not a bad price but this comes on offer every now and again at half price so if you can wait I would.

We stocked up last time when Ocado had a half price offer on the 500ml bottles , £2 a pop and I think with the voucher it worked out about 20% saving on top so total price was around £1.60 , we have air flossers so we use quite a lot of this stuff.

Currently Ocado have the 500ml bottles for 2 for £5 which is a better deal than this if you wanted to buy 2 x 500ml / shop at Ocado anyway.
Ocado currently offering new customers £20 off orders of £80 or more with free delivery , works out at 25% Discount if you order £80 exactly , maybe worth considering if you plan on stocking up on offers they currently have on ;)

Super drug, 2 for £5 also.
Speculator
We stocked up when the Listerine Zero 500ml was 91p per bottle or 85p after TCB.
Yep me too, still got 19 bottles left :D
1 litre is always £3.99 @ Home Bargains - except when it's £3.50 on promotion :)

Just saying they are still overpriced. When you can buy a Pineapple from Aldi at the minute, which has been shipped half way round the world, for 45p. Cauliflowers should be no more than 40p imo.
A pineapple is 45p so a cauliflower should be cheaper?
You're comparing apples and oranges... or... wait.
But, jokes aside, I think it's reasonable to question why an in season British grown vegetable is more expensive than a fruit that might have been shipped several thousand miles. Intuitively, it doesn't seem quite right, does it?
Because the cost of living here is more expensive for the farmers and the level of maintenance is much more intensive for crops in colder climates. Plus the cost of harvesting the crop is much more here..
I think you should be thinking more along the lines of it's 'carbon footprint'.
You might find a snake in these specially when price is low :P
Seems I have found where are the smart-**** hang out, the cauliflower thread ... have a good weekend guys.
johnthehuman
^ yeah, this. The pineapple has travelled further yes, but it hasn't done it in first class on a virgin atlantic flight.
It's such a big socioeconomic question that it can't just be explained away with "pineapple travel further so expensive yes?"
Must of gone easyjet hence the price

kids (and me) love them. Really dont care whats in them.

So basically you (and your poor kids) can't tell the difference between hotdogs made out of 85% pork or these ones made out of mechanically recovered chicken carcasses. X)

If you're going to get on your high horse, at least try and put the photo up properly X)

I did do! :D

But this Android HUKD app is the software equivalent of Mechanically-processed chicken carcass hotdogs. ;)

Edited By: Roger_Irrelevant on Mar 25, 2017 01:13: jetwashing
I actually prefer these garbage hotdogs. I don't feel as guilty eating a load of mechanically-recovered entrails as I do eating proper meat.

Better look at the ingredients on the label again as it says on mine 40% poultry and 33% port! Better than most of the burgers and sausages you buy :{

I stopped smoking but if it's this cheap then why not start again
Interesting why are they stopping selling 10's? never heard of that

Maybe because, obviously cheaper than 20, so put people off more if there isn't a cheaper option to 20.

When I was a teenager and started smoking, it was common for a few of us at school to chip in for a pack of 10 as it was the cheapest option.

I remember buying single cigarettes for 20p and the guy in the corner shop was selling it under the counter because it was illegal and still is but it was cheap so I remember getting out in the middle of the class and buying cigarettes. The 10 pack was only £1.88 and 20 pack was £3.80 or something like that but

i remember single CIG and two match's in a sweet bag for 5p

It could be I can't remember how much it was but it was cheap and matches and disposable lighters those were the days

Asda: A Company History

AsdaFounded in Yorkshire by a group of farmers in the 1920s, Asda has become a retail giant. Since 1999, the firm has been part of the Walmart Group and has diversified from its base in food retailing, becoming a major player in the everyday fashion sector thanks to its affordable George brand. It has also branched out into budget products, with the Asda Smart Price product line.

Where to Buy Asda Products

Asda runs over 500 stores across the UK, so there should always be one relatively close to where you are. The best way to seek out your nearest Asda is by logging onto their website and using the Store Locator. Just enter your postcode or town into the text box next to the map and any nearby outlets will be shown.

Alternatively, you can shop online for Asda products at www.asda.com. Using the Asda website allows you to have the store’s goods delivered straight to your door and you can also use the click and collect service at any local Asda store.
