Your 6 year old shouldn't need an alarm clock!

We've got 3 of these in the house, used daily for school alarms and they're really loud, I can hear them on the other side of the house through closed doors! 2 years on and they're still using the batteries they came with aswell. Absolute steal if you can find them at this price

what sort of comment is that? Are you implying bad parenting because their child sleeps well or are you saying it's down to the parent to get the child up? My son has had a clock since he was 4 he knows when the alarm goes off its time to get up, we are teaching him self sufficiency and responsibilities by him getting himself out of bed, going the toilet and washing his face and brushing his teeth, is that a problem to you? Does it really bother you that much you thought you'd make a senseless comment?.....

My 7yr old son has one of these got it a few years ago and still on original batteries. It's great for if he wakes through the night, push down head and it lights up. He used to wander through and wake me at 3am thinking it was breakfast time

I got one of these in sainsburys 3 or 4 years ago for £2.50, was well into the new year and they had reduced all the Christmas stock by 90%. Still going strong and haven't changed the batteries yet. Tried to get another for my youngest son but none in my local.

Thanks OP. Good reduction in price there. In response to all the praise, I thought Episode 7 succeeded where Episodes 1, 2 and 3 failed. But unfortunately the story in Episode 7 was really bad for me. Despite the negatives, the story in 1,2 and 3 was actually successful in showing how Anakin became Darth Vader and how Darth Sidious came to power. If they changed the story in Episode 7 to something better and more entertaining, rather than relying on ticking a checkbox of fan service requirements, and then killing off of an iconic character to use shock to compensate for a poor story, then Episode 7 could have been epic. JJ Abrams made a miserable Eastenders style story and it makes no sense how Han and Leia's son turned to the Dark Side. He has two cool loving parents, a cool uncle who turned Darth Vader away from the Dark Side to the Light, sparkly blue Yoda, Obi Wan and Anakin and no Sith to manipulate him. To say he was more like his grandfather makes no sense and is just a cop-out reason. Anakin wasn't born evil and turned to the Dark Side because of multiple reasons: he was separated from his mother from an early age which was traumatic, his mother was killed which was also traumatic, he was in love with a woman and kept having dreams about her death and to top it all off the whole time he was being manipulated by Darth Sidious who promised a way to keep Padme alive. For me any way, the bad story was like having my eye lashes jabbing me in the eyes the whole time. Just an opinion in response to all the praise.
