From the random stores I checked, Harrow (Station Road) seem to have the best-value deal, offering £1 1-topping and £2 1-topping + 500ml drink (if you prefer a 500ml drink bottle over a second topping). No extra sugar levy charge for adding Coke Classic either, whereas it is +35p when added to lunch deals for other stores.
