Fill in the returns form that was enclosed with your package with the reason for return.
Place the returns form in your package and close it securely.
Complete your Collect+ label.
Stick your label on the outside of your package making sure that it covers the original barcode.
Drop your parcel off at your closest Collect+ location. The store locator will show you where it is.
Ask for a Collect+ returns receipt and a tracking code.
Collect+ parcel must not measure more than 50 x 30 x 30cm and should not exceed 10kg in weight.
Fill in the returns form that was enclosed with your package and select the reason for return.
Place the completed form inside your parcel and close it securely.
Attach the pre-paid Royal Mail return postage label you´ll find inside your package as well.
