Delivery Options Offered by Next
Next offers five types of delivery service, each tailored to suit the specific needs of individual customers:
Next Day to Store is free but the order has to be placed by midnight. Items can be collected from 12:00 on the following day, on Mondays though to Saturdays. On Sundays the earliest collection time is 14:00.
The Next Day to Home option costs £3.99 and also requires you to place the order before midnight, it is delivered by Next couriers.
Next Day to Home Evening Delivery – This option provides later deliveries between 18:00 and 22:00, from Monday to Friday, the cost is £4.99.
If you select the Same Day to Home service, you’ll need to order by midday on Monday to Thursday, or 11:00 on Friday. This costs £4.99 but your items will usually arrive the same day, Monday to Friday.
If you are ordering for someone else, the Send to a Friend option enables you to have the package delivered to their home address for £3.99, or to a store near where they live for free.
Finally, the Furniture Delivery service costs £8 and is used for items requiring two people to lift them. You will be contacted when the item is ready for delivery to arrange a suitable day and time for the drop off. The item can be positioned in your home and the wrapping removed if you request it.

Next accepts free returns on most items within 14 days, but if you return the entire order you are charged £3.99. Similarly, customers who pay with each order, instead of having a credit account, are charged £3.99 to return any items. Next does not accept returns of food, flowers, cosmetics, mattresses or anything with a security seal, such as DVDs, Blu-rays or CDs.
