About this deal
This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:
Here is the Wii U/Wii version of Rodea the Sky Soldier. I can't see it for less than £27 anywhere else (although, as ever, happy to be proved wrong). This does include the Wii version which the game designer said was the superior version.
The price is £17.99 but you have to pay £2.49 for delivery from NIS Europe - which always makes these prices less appealing but still a decent price for this game.
Game Information:
1,000 years ago, Emperor Geardo of the Naga Empire sent an army of machine soldiers to invade the sky kingdom of Garuda. Thanks to the efforts of Princess Cecilia and Rodea, a machine soldier who promised to protect Garuda, Emperor Geardo’s assault was thwarted.
In present day, a spirited inventor named Ion discovers an abandoned robot that has fallen into disrepair in the heart of a scorching desert. Upon completing her repairs, the robot stirs to life and reveals itself to be none other than Rodea. Stunned to find himself in the future, Rodea learns that the Naga Empire is no more and that Garuda has known peace for 1,000 years.
But this peace was not meant to last, for the forces of Naga have returned to wage war against Garuda. Remembering the promise he made 1,000 years ago, Rodea takes to the skies to defend Garuda from the Naga Empire once again.

Also deal of the week mentions 'Also comes packaged with the previously unreleased Wii version of the game!'

The Wii version is much improved over the Wii U version but whether it's a good game or not if tough to say. I wouldn't wholeheartedly recommend the game to anyone as it has many flaws but it is still a fun game if you appreciate games like Nights. I'd suggest that £20.50 may be too much for a game that you're not sure of (unless you're a collector and/or have plenty of money and time on your hands).
Basically, the Wii version isn't a great game but, in my opinion, is quite good fun. How much mileage you get out of such an opinion rests entirely on what your gaming lifestyle is right now.
It's an on-rail shooter which is similar to the likes of NiGHT so if you like that, then you'll be into this too. The Wii U version took the game and tried to turn it into a 3D platformer with lifeless visuals.
