I think that maybe a bit of sarcasm
Based on his previous record, it’s more likely that Lucas will add an aging Jar Jar into the Original Trilogy to **** everyone off even more oO
Han walks up to JJB.
"You caused all this".
Then shoots him.
The atrocious acting of Natalie Portman (words like amateurish wooden and hopeles and laughable are too weak) the atrocious costumes (were they designed in a Saudi mosque ?) and of course Mr Wooden himself, Hayden Christensen - all were far worse than JarJar Binks. LIGHT YEARS worse

great post great name
Well, if the next two are called Star Wars: The Torture of Jar Jar Binks and then followed by Star Was: The Continued Torture of Jar Jar Binks and his Slow Painful Death. I could deal with him appearing in The Force Awakens.
£5 for Episode III and 17p each for the other two would be a reasonable deal ...

I agree with everything you said, apart from "still I'll probably buy this".
Atrocious movies, Lucas should've been banged up for this
Those saying Ep 3 was ok need to perhaps reexamine the absolutely pivotal moment when Anakin decides to turn to the Dark side, the whole reason why we wanted to watch the prequels was to get to this moment. And, it turns out to be just barmy stuff.
Anakin decides to grass up Palpatine to Windu. Windu goes off to confront Palpatine, has a fight, Windu eventually gets the chance to kill Palpatine but Anakin walks in and has a beef with him doing that, and tells Windu not to. He doesn't believe it is the 'Jedi' way and not how he was taught, a moment of ethics if you will. So, he stops windu with a lightsabre block (if I recall correctly), giving palpatine (who now looks like the girl from the exorcist) the chance to thunderbolt Windu's ass to the other side of the city. Anakin says "what have I done?" if I recall correctly, in a moment of clear regret. So what next? You would think Anakin would attempt to fight creepy looking palpatine himself, but no. Instead he decides to kneel before him, take on the random name Darth Vader, and go kill some kids....obviously.
Wonder stuff from George Lucas!
In the words of Lord Vader...Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!
It's rubbish for that moment alone, let alone the wider plot points and motivations set out above. What they needed to do, to at least salvage it a little, was replace Hayden Christenson with someone a bit older/more mature.
The legacy of Revenge of the Sith is that you're left with the impression that Dart Vader's suit is inhabited by a whiney teenager.

Any idea if Disney /Lucasfilm will bring out another edition with Jar Jar bloody Binks edited out?
Because being able to remove some of the sh*t things from your life makes it better, imho. Life's too short to waste it on dross when there are so many decent things out there to experience.
It's a single Bluray box (3 movies inside) + standard Bluray size carton around it.
People talk about script, story, dialogue and characters when, in reality, none of this matters, at least not to normal people. People who 'think' and do stuff like 'read' are the only ones that consider these when viewing a movie'. I can't wait for Transformers 5 and I hope they have a CGI Transforming Loch Ness Monster....that would be so epic! The new Star Wars looks naff, some decent CGI but the landscapes look real and I hate that in a movie.
Haha, great name back!
I hope you're being sarcastic :P
Good deal if you want to watch these but they do feature plots that make no sense, some fantastically poor script writing & endless special effects that I presume are there to try to distract people from how rubbish the rest of the film is.
There's many who would agree with you and a sizable lynch mob who would go further!
As far as I can see, the real problem with Episodes I and II was that they were aimed squarely at the pre-teen market and the associated highly profitable toy market, so it's no surprise that the films don't appeal to all of the adults who fondly remember the first trilogy. The poor choices of actors and characters really came down to greed, but that backfired to a large extent. Episode III did regain some of the feel of the first trilogy, but it was hampered by the poor character choices from the first two films and by then it was too late to redeem the prequel series. We can only hope that he's learned some lessons for the upcoming film... !
All I have to say about Episode III is… At least it’s not Episode I or II.
Half the stuff that happens still doesn’t make sense though.
As for Lucas’ involvement in the new one, he’s on board as a “creative consultant” which I hope means told to keep his ideas to himself and his trap shut, accept the money & Disney stick his name in the credits.
Obvious troll is obvious
Yeah well - changed my mind ! (_;)
